Very good experience. From Valet,check in and Room service.
Only issue I had was that I called down to the front desk to get connected to valet.
Front desk said she could give them my information to have my car pulled up and ready. I did give my ticket number.
I checked out on the tv, dropped my keys off in the key box at the guard desk.
Got to valet and they either didn’t get the message or just didn’t pull it up.
It was about 10 minutes from checkout and phone call to the time I got to valet.

We traveled 7 hours from Houston,TX. When we checked in our room was not cleaned well, and the window shades in the bathroom did not work at all. We did not get the room we requested. Rather than a view of the back bay we had a view of the city and parking lot. To access the elevators to the room we had to show our ID every time and were told we had to register any guest to the room before they would be allowed to go up to the room with us.
My son daughter-in-law and grand baby were refused access to the room because we were told “ there are no more than 4 people allowed in a room “ so we had to stand on the 6th floor Parking garage while it was raining to visit. We felt this was very invasive. They screen your guests and select who can visit with you. This was my FAMILY! Then I was charged a $100 deposit that has still not been returned to me so now I have to contact them to refund my deposit. I will not stay at this property again and we will not recommend it to ANY ONE!

I've stayed at the Scarlet Pearl several times. I am always delighted. I usually have a room on the bay side, with a great view. I love the floor to ceiling windows. Parking is easy, security is fantastic, and the food venues are great.

My only complaint was that you needed a reservation for the steak house. I was driving all day and wanted a steak only to find out that I could not get one there because I didn’t have a reservation. If not for that and a couple of minor maintenance things in my room it would have been perfect!

My favorite casino resort on the biloxi coast. Always treated amazing by staff. Hotel is clean, safe, and comfortable. Casino is always fun and great service.

Wonderful stay…front desk staff are so friendly and helpful. Glenda at the security desk is so much appreciated. Room was so clean and view of bay was beautiful. Enjoyed our stay so much…will be back in a few weeks.

We booked two rooms both with two beds. It was for my mom's birthday last weekend. My mom and her friends had to hang around and store their belongings in our room until theirs was ready, which was well AFTER check-in. All five of us had to give our driver's licenses to different people four different times. It was a cluster. The frustrating part was people continued to get their keys immediately upon check-in, but we had to wait around. When you pay $643.10 for two nights, you figure you should at least get your 19 hours in your room. They were scrambling and seemed very unorganized.

Everything was very nice. The only thing that I was not thrilled about was that there was no daily maid service available. We had to call for clean wash cloths and towels, as we stayed for 5 nights.
The room was great, the restaurants were great, and the staff was very friendly and professional.
I will be back next time I'm in town.

I think they should at the very least pick up dirty towels every day and replace with fresh towels and necessities (soap, tissue,etc). We had to take the time each day to call for towels and supplies. We stayed several days so our garbage was full. We emptied garbage and chased down room service for supplies.

Check-in was quick. Room was clean and spacious. Only annoying thing was the closet light would come on when walking by it as the closet doors were slotted so motion sensor would sense thru them and then the light would shine through as well.

The hotel is overall lovely. They have gone to wall pump toiletries, which i don't particularly care for. The only other beef i have is i feel like a week is too long to go without any kind of housekeeping. With that being said, staff was mostly friendly, rooms are very spacious and the view was beautiful.
