Don’t book the airport pick up arranged by the apartments for 58 Euros each way. We waited for our driver before calling to let them know that nobody was there to meet us and were told to wait. The airport was quiet and taxis were waiting so we caught one for only 30 Euros! We caught an Uber back to the airport for the same. We weren’t excited to pay almost double to wait. We were happy to pay for the convenience, but trying to locate the driver was not. The gentleman who checked us in gave us a hard time about not waiting. It was not the best start to our trip. Otherwise the staff were helpful and friendly. Overall we give the property three stars, mostly for its central location but the furniture including beds were very uncomfortable. We like firm mattresses but had to lay blankets down because they were so rock hard. We are traveling around Europe for three months moving every week and have not experienced issues with the beds or uncomfortable furnishings anywhere else. Everything looks comfortable but unfortunately it is not. The shower also didn’t drain quickly so we were always standing in a pool of water which was unpleasant but the very nice maintenance man said the pipes are just old. The daily cleaning staff do a wonderful job. Overall we thought the apartment was fine but we would not go back. We’re surprised by the number of rave reviews and wish that others had been more detailed with theirs e.g. explain that they love rock hard beds lol.

Great apartment that was clean. Basic kitchen facilities but absolutely fine for a short stay as there were lots of eateries nearby. Having a washing machine was fantastic. There was an iron but no ironing board (minor complaint in what was otherwise a great stay).

The apartments are managed by a proper rental company, hence you have all the amenities and space of an apartment plus assistance in cleaning, maintenance and reception.

Amazing!!! Perfect spot for our family of 5. Close to bus stops and great restaurants! The staff was so helpful and friendly and looked after us wonderfully,

Beyond our expectations! We had a room upgrade with a beautiful, relaxing terrace. The room was spacious, spot on clean and comfortable. We would recommend 💯!!

I loved that they have 24 hrs reception. Checkin process was quick. Using what’s app to ask question made it easy to contact reception anytime day or night, appreciate the quick response from the staff with all my questions. We enjoy the apt. Ut was very spacious.

Property was excellent and had everything needed. Great location and centrally located. Plenty of restaurant options, cafes, grocery stores, & pharmacies. Staff is very friendly and communicative. Will definitely stay next time in Barcelona.

The property is well located and offer basic amenities such as elevators and A/C, so if you’re just looking for a place to crash or are willing to live with some annoying inconveniences, then it might be fine for you. I, on the other hand, was expecting a more modern and well equipped appt. What I found was a property that has been poorly patched up and shows signs of tremendous wear and tear.
The gentleman at the reception was incredibly rude. Seemed tremendously frustrated and acted as is did not need any business in the property. Made no attempts to be civil and said (when we asked if there were any issues that we should be made aware of with the property), and quote, “you can go look for some place else if it’s not what you expect”. That was the first impression we had with the property.
The pictures of the property in no way reflect the amount of wear and tear that the property has. The bathroom ceiling had been patched with some plastic that slammed up and down every time you opened the bathroom door. The hot water turn immediately cold if anyone turns anything else in the bathroom. The living room has a couch that has some stains and the carpet is old and smells terrible. Wherever the “patio” is, it wasn’t on our room.
Don’t recommend, especially if you have kids.

Great spacious apartment in the middle of everything. We had a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment. It had a large living room, washing machine (no dryers in Europe!) and two double beds. We were very comfortable here and walking distance to all the sights. Very hospitable staff as well. Would stay here again.

This location is perfect for anyone. The best dining experiences are available all walking. The Arc is down the street . Las. ramblas is 15 minutes walk. The location is perfect . Saga coffee on corner made every morning perfect . We washed our clothes here which was such a nice freshener.. the lady who works down stairs is incredibly nice and follows through. She is very thorough. When I checked in she opened the map and shared all the key points to visit. 25 years ago I came with my father to the adidas store . He passed now. She showed me exactly how to get to that store. She took time to check us in and even offered candy. The other person who worked there was not too welcoming. He seemed like he was always annoyed by anyone. He even said you need to explain to me what you need. When I was told to simply go down and just get a key . Initiallu our room has a very bad odor.. the lady kindly switched us next day to make our stay bareable.. the bathrooms need a major remodel. But everything else. Was amazing. Thank you for your excellent service kind lady

My stay went well. Your team was helpful especially with travel and direction. House keeping was wonderful as well. Great location for easy access to the city by foot, tour buses, and taxi. Hope to stay with them again in the near future.
