Nice quiet location , we were able to leave our car parked there for the whole trip and we used the tram which stopped just across the road . Staff were very welcoming and friendly . Place was nicely decorated and offered a lovely buffet breakfast .

Not many people in the hotel so parking was easy We didn't like the beds as they were too soft.

Great stay at the Queens Plaza hotel with my son. Staff were helpful & friendly. Breakfast was excellent & definitely worth adding on. Our room was clean & comfortable. Got parked out the front no problem & it is a 5 minute walk from the nearest tram stop. Would stay again.

Nice clean hotel. Bedding and towels were great. Breakfast was good value and prices in the hotel bar reasonable. All staff were lovely and friendly. Will definitely stay again.

I had a very enjoyable stay at the Queen's Plaza. The owner's were warm and welcoming. All the staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for you. My room was pleasant, clean, comfortable and had all the amenities I needed to feel independent within my own room. The dining room was clean, spacious and well set out. The food and drink choices were plentiful and the cooked food itself was excellent. The recreational and bar areas were spacious and intimitate so making you feel at ease. It is a well run establishment catering for members of the family. The hotel itself is based in a lovely, quiet location facing the sea. It also has a regular tram route. It's lovely.

This is a great B&B, clean rooms, comfy bed and an amazing breakfast buffet. The owner is super friendly and it seems like there are many repeat guests which is always a good sign.

The hotel was nice very clean. Staff where very helpful and the hotel was comfortable. The only thing was When checking out in the morning we couldn’t see anyone so left the keys at reception and went but all in all very nice friendly place to stay.

Really disappointed stay it’s really misleading the pictures are not like the hotel at all My room was not even on the pictures It’s old and tired and not worth £89 per night at all I was so disappointed

After having my room cancelled by another hotel, we booked with the queen's plaza, the staff were absolutely brilliant, with the social distancing in place it was dealt with very well..breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean and comfortable..highly recommend this hotel

Good staff, good breakfast, smell of urine on stairs, extremely poor mattress on bed and beer lines needed cleaning in bar.

Lovely newly refurbished family room, breakfast was fantastic. Friendly staff we will definitely be returning. Tram stop just across road if you don’t want to use your car.

With easy access to the tram system. The staff were very friendly, and on seeing some birthday cards for my wife, left a box of chocolates and a birthday card on the bed for her. A lovely touch. The hotel is a wee bit tired, but they are freshening it up, and doing so quite tastefully. Breakfast is buffet style, with good choices, and good quality, well cooked elements for the full English. Fruit salad, in September is mainly tinned fruit, but good nevertheless. Didn’t like the coffee much, so stuck to fruit juices. Limited parking is available, but we parked when we arrived, and didn’t move the car until we left. We would certainly visit this hotel again.

Terrible door into the rooms. Brickwall for a view shower not working. They could not sit a family off 4 adults a 4yr old and a baby together for breakfast

Great stay at Blackpool. Friendly check in, clean room bright and airy lovely sea front view. Well thought out amenities very suitable for a family. Extremely good breakfast catered for all and very tasty. Good links to all the sights in Blackpool. Highly reccomend and we will be back on our next visit!

Upon our arrival, there was no parking left in the car park, however, we were able to park nearby, and the next morning were able to put it into the car park, so it wasn't any issue. Nice hotel, friendly staff lovely breakfast, room was a lovely size, as was the bathroom, Id booked a quadruple room, and was worried it would be cramped but it wasn't there was a partition between the double bed and the bunk bed, which was brilliant. The breakfast, was fabulous, with something for everybody, especially my son, who loves fruit, of which there was a good variety. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we liked the bar area, which had a nice friendly atmosphere.
