Enjoyable hotel where everything looks like new. Very clean rooms and the best breakfast offer in any hotel I visited. There is even a cook if you have a special request.
Unlike other hotels, they continue to offer individual bar soaps and shampoo bottle, which denotes their care about hygienic issues.
I hope OTL will open hotels in more cities.

Amazing! It's apparently 5 years old and it feels like it's brand new! Super luxury at every level: lobby, room, etc. The included breakfast was absolutely awesome, with even an omelette station!

This is a spa resort but we were unable to book a massage.
I think that many people go to a spa resort so that they can get a massage so it was very disappointing that this service was not available the two days we were there.
If there is a shortage of facilities or staff, then people who book should be advised of this so they don't waste their time going to a spa resort when they could just book at a regular hotel.
