Long wait for breakfast, food was empty, cold or hard/overdone in most cases. Many products empty or not refilled. Long waits for drinks and orders and to get cutlery.

Beautiful hotel in a great location with a lovely beach. Sunbeds were snapped up early and they could’ve had more around pools/area.

Fantastic hotel. Almost like being in the Maldives. Excellent service all round, food was very good and thanks to Mr Reda for looking after us so well.

Stayed in the Park Hyatt, Saadyat on at least 5 occasions previous being 2018 and more recently Sept 2023. We chose the Park for the tranquilty and peacefulness however our latest stay was spoiled by the introduction of poolside music eminating from the Beach Hut resturant area, ironically next to the adult only pool. I don't object to music but find it strange that for a 5* hotel the policy seems to be to play loud bang bang music most of the day and worse at weekends when the same monotenous music as played louder by a dj. Weekends the music was heard in the bedroom and most disturbing late at night. Ironically, this music is also piped through to the spa pool were relaxing after a spa was impossible. We did make comments however the reception staff were unaware of any music and timings of start and finish. A 5* hotel of this quality does not need this type of disturbance and in the current hi-tech world people have their own music to listen to if needed. Will not stay here again due to this and lack of management response.

Park Hyatt is a beautiful hotel right in front of the white big sandy beach and the beautiful sea of Saadiyat island. We booked a standard room - very big- in a bed and breakfast fare. The swimming pools are cleaned and most of them with cooled water, august period the water, also sea water, is too warm! Buffet breakfast is amazing with plenty of choice and very good food. All the staff is exceptional, very kind, professional and gentle!! A special mention goes to Jean Paul, he works in the swimming pool area. Unfortunately August is very hot, so we did not have the chance to have breakfast or a drink in the garden area or in front of the beach.

Absolutely beautiful resort. The beach was stunning and very clean. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very large and had all the amenities we needed.

The hotel is amazing, the service provided, the quality of the food, the kids club. Everything was outstanding.
