In truth, is very over priced. Hotel has the appearance and feel of incomplete construction. Concrete floors and unfinished walls. The resturant although in the hotel does not give priority to guests but to outside reservations even when the there is ample seating to accommodate. The only real plus is its right on the riverwalk and valet parking is very good and you're walking distance to the Alamo. In my opinion, it's an overpriced, average hotel in a good location.

Love the location. Right on the Riverwalk. Beautiful hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends to here.

I picked this hotel for its Pet friendly stay, but i wish they would have told me that there was a 75.00 extra charge for that and early check-in i was charged 25.00. before i got there. extra fee should be told ahead of time or put on the web sight.

Valet nice, front desk person sitting and said nothing. I had to ask if it was the reservation desk. Simon needs a customer service class. Hello and welcome goes along way. Bar on patio 4 woman standing behind bar 15 minutes to get beer while sitting on bar. Gentle man helped and was friendly. Put all money in his tip cup and don’t think your getting change back. $7.14 for a beer tossed a $10 no change. He started talking and passed the change. Interesting!

We truly enjoyed this hotel. There is a little bottle in the room and a water refill station. It was just such a nice little touch.

I was absolutely exhausted driving in from California. The front desk was so so accommodating and lovely. They set me up in a beautiful room and my stay was so wonderful thank you.

Great location to the Riverwalk! Such a nice welcome once we arrived by the Valets and the registration desk. Offered waters and or a local brewed beer. What a nice touch! Had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant on site and it was great. Loved the bar atmosphere. The showers were beautiful and clean. Comfy beds. We were able to walk to the Alamodome for a concert that night. Great stay and we will definitely return!

Amazing hotel... everything about this place is great. Staff is very friendly and always willing to help. You absolutely can't beat the location. The outdoor terrace overlooking the river is so relaxing. The restaurant next to the river is one of the best in the city.

Room was very nice, comfortable, and quiet. We enjoyed the 3rd floor bar, and had a wonderful breakfast at their river walk restaurant. Service level from everyone we encountered was very professional. If you’re there on the weekend and would like to eat dinner there, you will need to make reservations in advance. We also parked a block away for less expensive parking.

We arrived early and we accommodated. Very friendly. Great staff. There is no parking at this hotel. You are told they have Valet but do not tell you there is a lot two blocks down the street for 10.00 a day, but they charge you 58. 00 a day. Transparency would have been appreciated.

Went for a surprise bday trip for my S/O. The staff did amazing with helping me set up decorations. They were very attentive and very friendly. Definitely helped ease my stress big time.
The room we got was beautiful, bed was really comfy, and the view was awesome.
10/10 would definitely stay here again.

Valet was awesome but my floor had no ice available. There were also bugs in the restroom that showed up the next morning.. completely unexpected for a 4.5 star hotel.. I will not be returning
