CLOSE SEA WORLD AND OTHER SITES WE VISITED CLOSE FAMILY LIVING SA

The service was great and the people in the front desk were very helpful. I liked the size of the room and the location wasn't very far from SeaWorld.

Our fridge wasn't working luckily I had brought my ice chest. the shower head had fallen off the shower wall I had to place it back on. the pool looked nothing like the photos and the pool was very foggy. We weren't provided a breakfast. Me and my son had the avocado toast that was very over priced. It wasn't worth the bill it came with. The room wasn't very well lit and the room had a wet smell. We had used our own Lysol to help with the smell. For the price it wasn't what we expected at all. It came out to $160 a night and felt ripped off by the end of it all. Thank you for the customer service though.

staff very rude someone purchase the breakfast , thru booking and the staff said they didn’t have a code for it on their end. the couple with kids ended up checking out before staff couldn’t into the details.

The pool had too much chlorine.. it irritated my kids skin and the chlorine fumes were extremely strong to the point of having to leave after 10 minute
