They charge for water, coffee and give you all the damn tea bags in your room. No tissue to blow your nose. Minor but major things otherwise it was decent. I hope they realize there in the hospitality industry surrounded by a lot of 5 stars hotel in that uptown circle of Kinston Jamaica.

Generally ok. Fairly clean and good parking provided for guest who drive. location is easy walk to cafes and restaurants and business district

This hotel is amazing! The included breakfast was a great start to the day, and I loved that they provided a kettle and tea bags so I could make my own tea whenever I wanted. The pool was exceptionally clean and convenient, making my stay even more enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the daily room service was a pleasant surprise—I didn’t even have to ask! I definitely recommend this hotel and can’t wait to stay here again. Worth every penny!

Property is centrally located and has adequate parking. Rooms are fairly clean. Corridors can be noisy.

I actually like the property I will go back there but it needs a little TLC it's showing its age. It needs a little more maintenance and upkeep having said that it is still a nice quiet place stay. And keep in mind that you should always have a little gratiuity it is kind of expected... Smile. Keep in mind these are just my opinions by the way... In terms of convenience it is mixed for accessibility and finding good quality food in the area within a 1 mile radius and a lot of the customer experiences in terms of service from the workers at the restaurants etc or in the area could be much better they are not too friendly in terms of putting on a smiling face And communicating with the customers etc.. again this is my opinion and my perception and what I am not holding anything against anybody I'm just speaking on what I come to expect from my travels.. I am recommending this place despite of all this issues it's a Caribbean island and you get the Caribbean feel peace out..

Stayed for seven nights on august 8 2024. The room was cleaned. The staffs were polite and respectful. The only thing I did not like was that there was limited dining and the choices that they served for breakfast. Apart from that I enjoyed my stay.

This is a very clean, quiet, and pleasant hotel. Breakfast was very good (and complimentary). The staff was very pleasant. The place is an older hotel but has been significantly updated. Modern furniture is needed for sitting areas, but for the price it was excellent.
