Staff was really nice, hotel is located in the center of Clermont Ferrand, there is no restaurant in the Hotel but there are many dining options and shops close to it.

Nice sized rooms with a comfortable bed. The shower was a bit wild with no guard for the back where the water was splashing out the side. The gym was quite small, but I was happy to have one.

Go to the Car park first, save yourself the stress of going the centre 3 or 5 times. Reception , once we got in was friendly. Decided to eat in the bar, the barman was dreadful, so slow .. it took 15 minutes to get our drinks , only 2 other couples on there, he was sullen and scruffy.. not 4 star service

Parking in public carpark under the hotel, access from carpark into hotel. Cost €12 for 24 hours. Breakfast choices outstanding, hot, cold, pastries, crepes, etc. Would return.
