Beds were very comfortable.

Overall it’s good. The only complaint is the bathroom smells. Hopefully they can clean it thoroughly.

Overnight before flying overseas. Very comfortable, clean, tons of food options within walking distance. I would definitely stay again.

Great bed, comfortable pillows and a walk in shower with plenty of hot water and powerful AC and heat plus a decent Restaurant on the ground floor.

It was a horrible stay, You should vet your hotels you have on this site. I was woken up at 230am in the morning to they venting/air condition system very loud noise. I called front desk he said he will check he did nothing. I called back 10 min later his remark was there was no one in next room. I told him come to my room and check the noise. he did and agreed very loud he will check and then get me a new room. But he did nothing I waited another 15 min went downstairs he said he get my new key. I asked why didn't he at least contact me to tell me this. as at this time its little after 3am. Then he offered me another room and that same noise. Then 2 more rooms that smelt not clean and last 5 same noise. he said it's normal. He never once offered me any type of apology of any kind he was more bothered he had to do work. I asked for management and they not in until 730 am so I checked out. Paid for full night stay with no offer of discount or anything. he said nothing he can do. was worse service. I will not go there again

Perfect hotel for one night, after a long flight. Airport shuttle was on time. Spacious, very clean room and bathroom, good bed, quiet, no noisy A/C. Good night‘s sleep. That was all I wanted. No complaints.

stay ovetnight to catch j an early flight. The hotel is OK. very nice choice of restaurants in surrounding area, particularly I arrive quite late around 9 pm. So atleast got a good bite

Not enough towels in the room. Also requested a box of kleenex nose tissue because the one in the room only had 1/4 and was used up by the first night. The towels were delivered the second day but no tissue.

Meals at Restaurant were very good - except wasn’t too thrilled about extra charge for “tea” at breakfast - as “coffee” was included. Lots of amenities in Room Shuttle Service is excellent

Terrible experience to wait for the airport shuttle over an hour, called the hotel and reception said they were full in the domestic airport and left. They even accused the customer for waiting at the domestic airport terminal and not the international one for pick one. Will never come back again.

I’m so glad that we chose this hotel to end our our 10 day trip. The check-in staff was very friendly and accommodating and made sure we had a room early for one of our party members whose daughter needed a breathing treatment. There was a comfortable lobby/lounge area for the rest of us to relax and wait in with bathrooms just feet away. They also had a free coffee machine and snacks for purchase as well. The area around the hotel has many restaurants, mostly Asian, which suited us just fine. We walked not even a block to get a great dinner at Matsuyama. There’s also a McDonalds very close by for those who don’t like Asian foods. The room was spacious and comfortable and included a mini fridge and a microwave. There is also a free shuttle to the airport which was one of the reasons we picked this hotel to begin with. Overall, it was a great stay and I’m happy we chose this hotel.

Ample parking. Short drive to lots of restaurants and eateries. Close to Vancouver International Airport. I rented a car, but the hotel provides a frequent shuttle service. Very good value and clean place to stay.

Very Nice staff and comfortable room.

It was ok for a 2 night stay but hotel is very worn and could be cleaner. Did not care for the area. The only place for breakfast was McDonalds or the very expensive hotel restaurant. There was free coffee in the lobby. A long distance to attractions. The positive was the helpful staff.

Restaurant inside hotel had delicious Italian food. A small mall with restaurants across the street. Nice 2 minute walk.

The hotel was very clean and the resturant was very good. The staff was also very friendly. We enjoyed our 1 night stay on our way to our Alaska cruise. Would defintely stay there again. Ttaveling with adult from US.

The room and the hotel generally worked well. There were only 2 bad things I observed: someone left a hair tie in the shower with quite a bit of hair in it; impossible not to be seen by the hotel staff. And if it was actually seen by the hotel staff, then they did not do room service well. The second bad thing is that we were on a walk to a mall and there were too many rats along the road. I was worried because there are many Chinese food restaurants around the hotel so I stayed away from eating there. Although inside the hotel itself there was no rat track.
