We have taken the liberty of ensuring the chef’s kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with cooking oils, sauces and condiments to make your holiday a breeze.

If you don’t feel like cooking, head down to the water and watch the sea birds duck and dive while you enjoy a steak lunch or a seafood feast on the marina. When you arrive to the property you will see a reception desk for the Cote D' Azur, please do not see them for any check-ins, issues etc as they do not manage this unit. This property is privately managed directly through us so please reach out to us for your needs.

Early Check in and Late Check Out
We understand how holidays, work trips and family or friend get togethers work and how travel can be tricky. We are happy to attempt to accommodate requests for early check ins and late check outs but, it is all about communication so please advise in your booking request if you would like us to consider this. If we have not discussed early arrival or the possibility of you checking out late we will proceed with business as usual…which includes our cleaners arriving bright and early.

No parties or events
We want you to enjoy your stay but we also respect our neighbours and wish to keep noise to a minimum.
