Entrance/office very unpreposessing No elevator - room was on 4th floor. Internet service did not work in room The room charges were very high compared to what was on offer.

Stayed there there 3 nights. Had one bedroom flat . Comfortable bed,clean but without a fantastic view ( both widows facing other buildings.

Unexpected highlights were the cheerful hostess, hot breakfast, Summer card included for activities! Clean, simple room with a great view of the village and mountains.

A well run comfortable hotel with a charming helpful host. Not a plush property but we didn't expect that. The rooms are light and airy with good bedding and modrn furniture. Large bedroom, large bathroom, good breakfast including offer of freshly cooked eggs. Hotel is only a short walk from places to eat in the village. Just what we needed- thanks.

Clean comfortable room, decent breakfast, good location, good value for money

Great place to stay, close to center of Kaprun. The pension was spotless and man that checked us in and woman that made our breakfast were extremely friendly and helpful. My only recommendation would be to replace the pillows. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed, but better pillows would have made the overall experience perfect.

Nice Hotel in the middle of Kaprun, silent room, not very big but enough for one day Breakfast was very delicious The owner-family is very nice and helpful
