Property is as advertised, clean and neat. Though toilet flus not working when we reached at night, the next day morning, the team came to fixed it. Location near CIQ, linked to the R&F Mall, can walk to Mall for breakfast, good for those not driving.

Traffic is not good during peak hour.

The rooms are brand new and spacious. There are nice common areas for relaxing and exercising. There is private access to the mall with a variety of dining options. Walking distance to the Johor Bahru check point.

Perfect location! Literally 5 mins by car from the JB Checkpoint. So easy to travel to and from Singapore.

The interior deco of the house is beautiful and amazing.Feels like home!!Balcony view is perfect.

The security guard could be more helpful when we want to checkout and get us to the lift at level 8 as we need to cross across the bridge to R&F mall as we are with 4 small childern with luggage n stroller.

Primel Location to travel around and good environment for resting while keeping your vehicle parked safety with short walking distance from entrance. The room size is just right with sufficient beds and facilities just like staying at home. Hope that everyone will take care of the facilities in the unit as it's good enough for my stay. Overall, it's a very positive experience so far while staying in a couple of apartments in JB.

Should have stated upfront that this is Homestay (i was assuming it was a hotel with check in counter). No check-in instructions beforehand. On reaching, I wasted 45 minutes walking all over an huge complex with multiple blocks/entrances, asking here and there. Host number unreachable for a while, not answering calls, showed me screenshot that they have sent me WhatsApp message but I did not receive them.
