This hotel is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. Every staff member was so helpful and friendly. Our room was exceptional in cleanliness and comfort. And the bed was so comfortable that I never wanted to get up. This will be our go-to hotel anytime we go to Sa Antonio.

Our stay absolutely amazing. All the staff is very attentive. The bars and restaurants had superb options. The rooms were flawless and this was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. The high praise bar on the 3rd floor had the nicest bartenders. Be sure to ask for Chanelle while there, she was funny and nice & makes a good drink! The bar on the first floor is just as good if not better. Make sure to ask for Briana, the extra time and care she takes while making your drink is phenomenal, she was hands down the best. We went for a quick weekend stay but it was one of the best, this hotel will forever be my go-to while in SA. just stay here you won’t regret it :)

Exceptional customer service starting with the valet, to the reception, and dining. I hope they treat their employees well because they provide top notch service and are so friendly. The hotel is elegantly styled, and everything is sparkling clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, only wish we could've stayed longer.

Rooms need to be updated. Rooms are very dark. Spots on carpet. I cant believe paid 17.99 for a breakfast buffet when I can get the same at La Quinta. BTW they never gave me my welcome package.

The hotel is very weary. It definitely needs a makeover but otherwise was very pleasant. The concierge was really not very helpful so if you go there the river walk is right out front to the left for about a half a block then go down the stairs and you are there. Once down the stairs hang a right and then when you see the river break off to the left go in that direction. You will have to get to other side to do that.. The location is really good. The rooms were very nice. The pool is not heated ,bummer. Otherwise the stay was great
