Very unique historic building with a lot of character. Walkable neighborhood, close to the cafes and shops on Magazine Street. Amazing oak-lined streets.

Property is gorgeous and a unique place to stay, however it lacks amenities. A short stay would be ideal, no longer than 2 or 3 nights.

Nice stay. Charming historic property. Our room was clean but we did see (and kill) a couple of cockroaches. Breakfast was excellent. It is set in a quiet neighborhood, close to the St Charles streetcar.

If you enjoy antiques and architecture from the late 1800s, this is your kind of place.
The room was small. The breakfast was very average, not much different then most hotel chains.
IThe bed and bathroom were cleaner than the chain hotel we stayed in the previous night. Since the windows did not seal well, especially at the bottom, the sills were quite dusty and dirty even on the 'grand' staircase

The staff are very friendly and attentive. Very knowledgeable about the area. Honored special requests easily. The balcony was awesome. We enjoyed that every room was different. They said the piano in the dining room was owned by BB King's grandparents and that he grew up playing it. Not sure if that's true but it sure added some fun for my daughter playing it. The location is fabulous which made it so easy to get to the wedding venues, the streetcar, the garden walk. Awesome! Great New Orleans vibes. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

This inn was in a perfect location just far enough away that it was quiet at night but close enough to experience all the city has to offer. The room was filled with antiques and comfortable, although there were a few issues with stairs/plumbing etc as one would expect in a historic property. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

we loved it! highly recommend.

The property overall was extremely clean and well-kept—breakfast in the morning was always timely and a good start to each day! Room was cosy and extremely clean.
I was late arriving to the property, but was sent sufficient information to be able to find my keys and get in. It might have been better to have sent the message about late check-in earlier—I didn't receive anything until I happened to connect to the airport wifi, so perhaps messaging the day before travel might have been better.
It took a bit to learn the best routes from the property over to the Central Business District—some of the routes didn't feel particularly safe, but this is more a reflection of the city.
There was limited interaction with staff—in the morning they would announce when breakfast was ready, and I managed to catch the owner on the desk to ask about storing suitcases after check-out for evening flights. Said storage is leaving it by the desk, which didn't feel particularly secure, so perhaps having a locked cupboard somewhere for that purpose would be useful.
Overall, I would recommend the property if you're looking to get away from the busier areas of the city and want a more leisurely pace in the morning (breakfast was served at 8.30, which made it hard to then catch transport over the CBD or French Quarter).
Would also note that perhaps having some instructions in the room for the coffee machine and shower would be useful!

Beautiful eclectic old New Orleans property

Nice boutique hotel with all the amenities and close to the convention center.

The breakfast was delicious. Very good and complete for continental breakfast.
We needed the breakfast earlier because the museum open at 9 am

It was a really nice place to stay. Very interesting house and our room was elegant and clean. But the weather was cold and there were no blankets besides a thin bed spread. Our request for a blanket was ignored but the heating system was good and made the room comfortable after all. Breakfast was okay but not a home cooked meal like bed and breakfasts usually have.it is kind of difficult that breakfast is not available until 8:30. The big drawback was that no one is available after hours even though you are given a phone number to call. There was an incident that really should have been responded to but was not. Still, we loved the place. The house staff was kind and friendly.

Very nice bnb. Lovely decor and furnishings. Felt safe in area. 20.min walk to convention center when we had to be. Could have improved.on breakfast. Same two hot options three days consecutively.

Its a nice spot, historic, scenic, full of antiques and cool stuff to look at. The staff is mostly nice. But, the place is old and the walls are SUPER thin, so you can hear your neighbors talking at even conversational levels. If you get too loud at night, the manager will pound on the door and literally scream at you for five minutes straight about how much they value their patrons and you need to shut up. Some people are into that, so if that works for you, then have a good time!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Parisian Courtyard Inn. Brian was very accommodating with my stay and was very helpful from checkin to checkout. I loved the nostalgia throughout the place and especially the common room. The location was perfect with a short walk to the streetcar and, if you want to enjoy a walk, there are several places to go nearby. As part of my visit to New Orleans, I wanted to visit the French Quarter and enjoy the festivities, however, stay somewhere away from the French Quarter, to avoid the nightly crowds and noise; this was the perfect place and in a quiet neighborhood. I recommend the Parisian Courtyard Inn and will be staying again in my next future visit to New Orleans.

We wanted to extend our river boat cruise that began in Rosedale TN and ended in New Orleans. We wanted a quiet place out of the crowds and this place was perfect. Just a few blocks to the streetcar could get you to all the sights!

Parisian was one of the best b&bs we have stayed at.
Brian was super helpful in giving us great advise on places to visit and how to get around.
The room was very clean with a comfortable bed and the breakfast was modest but delicious.

This place is lovely and in a great location. We used the trolley several times and Uber the rest. My only suggestion is that the breakfasts provided were sort of mundane- no really yummy bakery items. The Aussie bites were a nice touch but to my mind a snack item and not a breakfast item. I did appreciate the eggs provided every dayt and my husband enjoyed the sausage

Beautiful property - friendly and helpful staff. Close to streetcars and many restaurants and pubs within walkable distance. Very enjoyable stay.

This was a very nice place to stay, in terms of getting a proper restful nights sleep in the area. It was absolutely gorgeous as well, so it was a treat to come back to each night.

A treasure. The manager, Brian, and all the staff were exceptionally welcoming. The breakfasts are delicious, the room and courtyard charming, This is the only place I'd want to stay if I visit New Orleans again.

The atmosphere and charm can't be beat for capturing the flavor of New Orleans. The house is older, so our room was small; but perfectly adequate and very comfortable. We loved the outside sitting area and courtyard. Perfect to relax after a day of touring the city. The only drawback for us as older travelers were the stairs - a beautiful winding staircase; but a bit difficult for us to navigate. That said, it is part of this property's charm and may not be an issue at all for others. Staff were delightful, and breakfast delicious!

Charming, 19th century home, elegantly decorated. Brian and his staff made us feel like royalty. One block from the street car stop got us easily to downtown to many of the sites (restaurants, tours, and museums) we wanted to visit. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed our stay at this fabulous place! Highly recommend!

It was very clean. The check in was not satisfactory. The manager was rude. I called him out on it. My husband was walking away and the manager was being a "catty", My husband thought he was through and was walking off. My husband has profound hearing loss. Which I explained to this manager who was in ratty looking shorts to check guest in. We saw him NO more the rest of our stay except the morning we were checking out. Apparently, he lives upstairs.

The courtyards and "secret garden" were wonderful to have tea and conversations in. Clean, quite & private rooms with all the amenities. The parlor was second to none and I really appreciate how they kept the original beauty of the home & city with modern conveniences. Bryan, the Manager, gave awesome recommendations (Gris-Gris) and even at midnight we were able to walk to a safe bar (The Avenue Pub) for a quick bite to eat. Just be ready for the heat, stop anywhere for cold water & a rest. We will definitely be coming back to enjoy the other suites and more of New Orleans!

Place is amazing. Check in was great. Brian is awesome , friendly and helpful. I loved the stay. Clean quiet and decorated to the period it was built. Highly recommend.

What a charming hotel! You walk into a lovely historic building with period-specific decor and jazz music playing in the background. Could not have asked for more for a New Orleans trip!
5.0
The property was beautiful and it felt like we owned the house. It was very quiet and we didn't see people often (which I like). The staff was also very helpful!
2.5
We liked everything about this hotel. Our one complaint was that for one night only there was a group of loud and drunk guests on the floor above us, stomping and shouting until they were asked rather emphatically to stop around 4 am. The other nights were very quiet.

Very small room, tiny bathroom, highly processed breakfast, no onsite parking, just street parking

Very nice place in a great area! The staff was very friendly and accommodating for a late check - in.
The room was a bit smaller than expected but the house was beautiful and quite peaceful.

We loved the ambiance with courtyards to sit in and antiques throughout. It had a very New Orleans feel. What we didn't like as much was breakfast. It was too simplistic/standard...they had yogurt, a variety of danish, the coffee was good, however the hot items were prepackaged and not very good.
5.0
A beautiful, historic property! My room was clean and looked exactly like the photo. The courtyards were lovely - I wish the weather had been a little warmer so I could have enjoyed them more.

Enjoyed our stay. Close to streetcar. Comfortable room and loved courtyards.

Very quaint, but well designed and decorated Inn. Staff were very friendly. I checked in late and they gave unbelievably detailed instructions to get to my room. The room was amazing. The breakfast was great (and definitely sponsored by Costco :) ). I would definitely stay there again and bring family this time.

Rm 4 was fabulous...the brick walls and veranda were a delight.
The pillows were flat and hard....made for sore necks.
Breakfast was not to expectations for a b&b...hence the 3 star rating. All items were from a package and then displayed beautifully. Nothing was cooked at the inn.
