It was one of the worst places I’ve ever been. I had paid for a double bed room, I was greeted with a bunk bed as the option for sleeping. As soon as I walked into the room, I could smell urine, the overall cleanliness of the room was terrible.

Great cheap and cheerful. Couldn’t fault it. Except very noisy people in the room next door which spoilt it. But great value in a very central area

No information about how to access the building. There's no desk attendant or any staff there and the phone number given the choir that I call Expedia to get verification that I have a confirmation. I was outside on a cold rainy night trying to make phone calls to get in.

Fire alarm was set off at 6am and couldn’t get hold of anyone to sort it, messaged the emergency contact number and rang the out of hours helpline but still no one came to deal with it.
