Hotel at very good location and close at the subway and difference shopping mall.

Room so big only

The room was big enough for a family but the elevator was so slow, had to wait a long time.

The room was terribly smelly. We had to buy aroma to make it better. The light in the cleansing area was not working and we asked the staff to fix it. The man just stepped on the table with his big shoes where we had our cleansing stuff. After changing the light bulb, he just walked away without cleaning the table. The towels they provided likes very old and yellow. And the staff always had a long long face! The only good thing here is the location, it's convenient.

Very convenient location with plenty of shopping, dining & transport. Nice view of Namsan Tower.

Pros: Good location, near subway, with plenty of place for shopping, for those who are interested on. Interesting and gorgeous museum just across the street (good window view) . Room simple but spacious. Staff was helpful considering late check in due to flight delay. Cons: Not a big deal to experience a kind of "hostel service", with no daily cleaning etc. But it seemed the room was lacking a good clean service for a while. That disappoint us a bit.

The service was great! We could leave our luggages until 4pm after checking out. However, it would be great if the breakfast could be improved by including more food items.

The room is as big as the picture shows. Room is clean with comfortable bed and shower cabin. Receptionist is warm and able to communicate in English. The guesthouse serves simple breakfast, since this is a guesthouse, we need to self service for toast, egg, jiuce, and washing dishes. This is still convenience for us.

This is more like a hostel type of hotel, as there is no room cleaning service and customers need to replace plastic bags for rubbish bin as well as towels by themselves. The customers also need to cook breakfast by themselves. The room is quite clean and the staff is helpful, and the location is very convenient to metro station and also malls/restaurants.

Super location with surprising nice, clean and big room for a family of 4. 2 singles and 1 double. It's just perfect for a family. Spacious room that we can open 4 big luggage on the floor and still have heaps of room to move around. Easy to get there by taxi as taxi driver could understand DOOTA very well. Lots of food selection around and we can shop until we drop at night time.
