the location was central, but too far from the beach.

No air conditioner, no parking, plumbing issues and worse customer service we’ve ever experienced. We reported all these issues and they didn’t care at all. I received a generic email after we had already checked out to tell me they’re looking into the issues. Too little too late! I lodged a complaint a month ago and I’m still waiting for someone to call me. Terrible experience, stay away and book with Mantra or another trustworthy company.

The apartment itself and facilities were good But

The fact that i wasnt told until after i had already booked and paid i didn't get the check in instructions until the i was already on my way there with my three kids and luggage i had to go collect keys from a different location which was not exactly cose when your not driving paying for ubers and coming from the complete opposite direction that was so Frustrating and then the day before i was to check out getting an email telling me that i had to do my owm cleaning of dishes and removing everything from the fridge and also had to drop the keys off agsin back to the damb stupid shop miles away, overall the worst holidays experience ive ever had , i would of never booked there had i know any of this rubbish prior to booking

The Keys were extremely hard to access with limited / unhelpful information, this made it difficult to then locate the actual apartment. We didn’t know our apartment had 3 different towers and were unsure on what building we were in due to the limited information given. The wifi cut out quite frequently and we did loose it for a whole day, not a massive issue due to not being in the apartment for most of the day but kind of annoying at night when we wanted to use the Tv. Besides this the apartment was cosy,comfortable and clean! The facilities like the pool And spas were great and so pretty! The beds and pillows were awesome and comfy and the shower pressure was great with 2 different shower heads! The apartment was quite big and the view from the balcony was so beautiful! There was a shopping complex right underneath which was super convenient. Would come back!

The location was beautiful and close to everything, best view I've had. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Responses were quick.

Not enough amenities such as toilet paper, body wash or dishwashing liquid to last us 4 days especially with 4 people.
