Welcome to 402 on Hutchinson Island! A beautiful 4th floor (TOP FLOOR!) Beachfront, Ocean View condo at The Island Beach Resort, on Hutchinson Island! in Jensen Beach, Florida. Swim in the heated pool or just lounge and work on your tan (loungers by pool provided), relax on the beach all day and then enjoy a beach front dinner on the outside deck of Shuckers restaurant, which is onsite. Come enjoy the weather and everything south Florida has to offer. You deserve it!
The Space:
Occupancy is 6, However 6 adults will not be comfortable here. A mixture of children and adults that equals 6 will be fine/tight. No more than 4 adults for a comfortable time.
Here you will find gorgeous views of the Atlantic Ocean and beautiful palm trees, as well as access to resort amenities like 2 sundecks with charcoal grills, a heated pool that’s available year-round, beach access with outdoor showers for cleaning off the sand, and coin-operated laundry facilities. There’s a small gift shop located in the resort, as well as Shuckers, a local favorite restaurant/bar that’s open-air and Beachfront.
Kitchen: A full kitchen that is well equipped with a full-sized refrigerator/freezer/ice maker, microwave, electric range and dishwasher. You will also find a Ninja coffee maker for grounds & pods, a toaster, blender, and other kitchen utensils that will help you feel at home. Dishes, bowls, mugs & utensils are all provided, so all you have to do is bring your groceries! There’s also a dining table with seating for four as well as two stools at the kitchen island.
Living Room: Open space with a sofa that pulls out to be a full-sized bed. (Sheets, blankets and pillows provided). A smart tv so you can relax and unwind watching TV with your streaming accounts. The living room has the most beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean and palm trees with floor-to-ceiling windows. We also have a heated massage chair and ottoman. You can access the oceanfront balcony from the living room or the bedroom.
Bedroom: Another fantastic view of the ocean with a great private balcony to sit out on and enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink! king sized bed, shelf, dresser, closet with hangers, and another smart tv in this room. In the closet you will find beach towels, cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, Iron and ironing board and various beach toys for the kids.
Bathroom: Large vanity and custom shower with rain head and spray wand. No tub. Toiletrries provided- shampoo, conditioner and body wash, hairdryer.

This is a beautiful and very clean condo! A lot of amenities, all the comfort of home. We struggled with the TV in living room as we are unfamiliar with how to find programs on that type of set up. TV in bedroom was easy to use.
Great view of the ocean, perfectly between two beautiful palm trees. The grounds were very well kept.

This was our first time trying the condo instead of staying at a hotel. Tara was fantastic for communication before and during our stay with any questions we had. That was nice comfort especially the way things are so automated today.
Being on the 4th floor the view was absolutely amazing. The condo was clean and presenting itself nicely. The bar attached to the condo was great and everyone was friendly, and food was also very good. Has inside/outside bar area and entertainment on the Friday and Saturday. The pool area could use a re-facing and is heated but overall, it served its purpose. Beach access is great and miles to walk in either direction. The sand is grittier and not the real soft sand but still great to hang out and take a nice long walk. We rented a car and went to some really nice restaurants and went to downtown one day. Overall, the people/area are really nice on the island, and we would go back and stay again.

The building from the outside looks like an older hotel type structure. However, once you walk in you realize that you cant judge a book by its cover.
The apt was just as described in the listing. It smelled clean, it was very clean. All the needed amenities were available. Coffee pot, utensils, cookware, glassware etc. My son and wife loved the touch of leaving a bowl full of chocolates.
The onsite/adjacent restaurant bar provided the flexibility of grabbing a drink and food and heading back to the room. The small table in the balcony was perfect for morning coffee to watch the sunrise.
Supermarket and food places within a few minutes drive.
Beach was not kid friendly, the ocean was rough, not sure if it was the season or if the ocean is always like this at Jensen Beach. Drove to a small beach next to the Aquarium, it was perfect for the kid to enjoy the water, no waves at all.
The pool was just perfect, not crowded (eventhough it was spring break for a lot of public school systems in Fl)
The property owner/manager was very easy to talk to and deal with.
Will for sure stay again.

Unit was as described and more. Very comfortable ,bright all comforts of home. View from unit went on forever. Island Beach Resort is alittle treasure. Facility is spotless. Added bonus having Shuckers steps away. Great food and staff. Highly recommend this unit. working with owner was a breeze, very responsive.

I hesitate to tell how nice this property is for fear of not being able to return when we want to, but it is the perfect condo, in the perfect location. Easy access to the beach, a wonderful restaurant in the building, and a great host! Each time we've stayed has been a little better. Thanks for the perfect weather this go 'round! :-)

Clean unit with good facilities. Great views over the sea from the property. The pool was warm and easy to access. Parking was good and all pre occupation info was excellent. Check in was easy. the only negative was poor wi-fi.

Our 3 day stay happen to coincide – our luck – with a tropical storm. Inclement weather is typically a nuisance but with our ocean front row seats, it was awe inspiring and glorious to behold.
Shucker’s Restaurant and Bar, located within the complex, is a BIG bonus. In addition to its traditional restaurant it features a unique on-the-beach bar that offers up “It’s 5 O’clock Somewhere” with your “Suntan Toes Ticklin the Sand” vibe that perfectly complements its beachfront setting.
Strategically nestled between the picturesque towns of Stuart to the south, and Ft. Pierce to the north, the condo complex offers easy access to a diverse array of shopping, dining, and entertainment options in both locales - each with its own distinct charm.
A brief drive will take you to the Hutchinson Shores hotel, where the Drift restaurant and bar offer a delightful dining and drinking experience.
Tara's insightful recommendations for local activities were spot-on. Be sure to visit the Elliott Museum and the Dolphin Restaurant, both of which are local treasures. For those seeking live music, Crawdaddy's bar is another to add to your list.

We rented this Condo for a Thanksgiving holiday with family and had an amazing experience! Tara was so nice and immediately responded when messaged which made us feel welcomed and comfortable. The unit was exactly as advertised and even better. We checked in very late and it couldn’t have been easier. The gate to the private parking, building, and the unit are all electronic making it easy. Just inside the building door there were luggage carts to help you to get things to your unit. Even though the building is older it is very well maintained. Everything in the building, including the condo we stayed in, was meticulously clean and not once did we smell anything musty or moldy as you sometimes do in older buildings, especially at the beach. Each of the floors were charmingly and warmly decorated for the holidays, which made it feel extra special. Once we entered our unit, the photos don’t even capture how gorgeous it really is. The unit was beautifully and tastefully decorated with up to date modern finishes, furniture, and accessories. There are wall-to-wall sliding doors in both rooms with a breathtaking view of the ocean, lots of palm trees, and the pool below. It was also furnished with pretty much anything one would need. The balcony was perfect for enjoying our morning coffee while watching the spectacular sunrise! I could keep going on and on. We loved it so much and would definitely rent this condo again! We highly recommend renting this little slice of paradise!

This is an older property that is very well maintained. The unit was beautifully remodeled and the view was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay very much. On Sunday my husband was disappointed to realize he wasn't able to watch a local football game because although the comcast was plugged in you couldn't connect to cable. Luckily we were able to go to the adjoining restaurant to watch the game. The owners thought of most amenities you would require.

My family and I stayed in Tara’s condo on the beach for my family reunion. We stayed only 2 nights but wished it was longer. Her attention to detail was much appreciated. The condo was well kept, updated and clean. Everything we needed was there for us including kitchen ware, coffee, beach toys. She made check in very easy and had 2 keys waiting for us to the condo and for the resort grounds. We will be back.

The place was nice and clean both rooms were well-managed and decorated nicely. The TVs were great as well as the view of the ocean. Everything is gated or has a keyless entry very safe. Would recommend and will stay myself again. Excellent.

Loved your place! We did get a lot of rain so we had to stay inside and talk to one another. That saved our marriage! Thank you! One suggestion. Get rid of the tile step at the bathroom door. My wife tripped over it 2 times and I did once. Luckily, no injuries but my wife had to drop her cup of water to catch the door jamb and prevent herself from falling over. After checking on her and seeing she was OK, I got to clean up the mess. But overall, 5 stars. Loved the unit and all it provided. Thank you!

The condo was perfect! Beautiful views from living area and bedroom. Well stocked with everything we needed. We loved hearing the waves, watching the sunrise, sitting on the balcony and beach and just relaxing. We look forward to going back. Tara was an excellent host. Highly recommend. Having Shuckers restaurant connected to building was great and convenient.
