Relax and unwind with the whole family or a gathering of friends. Off a no-through road, in 14 acres of farmland high above the Teme Valley in Worcestershire is our wonderful home. With views to die for and incredible sunsets, stunning walks from our door its a perfect place to relax, unwind and let the kids run wild. Hammock, trampoline and BBQ. Lovely pub 5 mins drive away. Short drive to market town of Tenbury Wells and not far from must-see town of Ludlow.

We have a lovely middle sitting room with wood burning stove and TV, two offices if you need to have some quiet laptop time, a playroom for the kids and teenagers with babby-foot and a piano. A large eat-in kitchen/diner with an AGA and wood burning stove and a table that can comfortably sit 10.
Beautiful terrace for Al fresco dining and entertaining with a BBQ and fire-pit with views to die for! Garden furniture that seats 8. Gorgeous recently designed garden, with hammock and croquet. Trampoline in the field.
Second patio outside back door of kitchen. Small table with beaches, ideal for kids tea or early evening sundowners to watch the epic sunsets we get.
Lots of character and charm this is a much loved family home. 5 bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a wonderful balcony with views as far as the eye can see! There are 3 bathrooms. Roll-top Bath and shower in the family bathroom, shower en-suite in the single bedroom and an en-suite for the Master.
Practical utility area in the cellar with washing machine, drying rack and tumble dryer, big fridge freezer and separate drinks fridge.
Porch with space for wellies!
Well behaved 🐕 are welcome, this is walkers paradise. Lovely footpaths from the door.
This property is accessed via lockbox and you will have access to the entire property.
Guest Homes are available between 8am-12am, 7 days a week for any help during your stay. We cannot offer any support after 10pm, if you check in late.
We are living abroad so our wonderful neighbour Sarah is on call if you need her. She can visit you in the house.
Damage Deposit/Waiver fee's:
Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.
Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification.
You will also be given the choice between paying a £500 refundable deposit or buying a £45 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
