1. There can not be more than four persons in or on your property at any given time a violation of this could result in the removal of all guests from the property without refund
2. You must follow and respect all community guidelines listed inside of the apartment posted on the property
3.Guests are responsible to keep the house in the condition they receive it.

4. Guests are responsible for their own garbage removal

5. Please ensure to close all windows, doors and A/C units

6. The refrigerator and cabinet to be empty on departure

7. There is NO SMOKING on this property

8. Locals must contact before booking

9. You agree to present a valid ID for yourself and all guests at time of check-in or online via our ‘Automated Check-in Service Email’.

10. You agree to stand the cost of repair for any damages to the property while checked-in.

11. You agree to use the property at your own risk. The Host is not responsible for any stolen, lost items or any damages to you or your guests.
