Villa Lapas is a beautiful 2-bedroom jungle home located just a few minutes drive from the beach, national park and Quepos. Surrounded by lush rainforest, it is full of wildlife and nature.

The main home is accessed via descending a stairway from the parking area. A wide entrance drops down to the upper level of the home, with 2 master bedrooms and a small living area. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, high ceilings and extra bed--one trundle bed and one double sofa bed. A wide spiral staircase descends to the main living level, including a comfortable living area and flatscreen TV, dining room table for 10 people, and full kitchen. There are also a full bathroom and laundry room on this level.

The inner living area communicates to the outer living area via sliding glass doors, which can be opened to enjoy the tropical living lifestyle. The covered outdoor living area also communicates directly with the pool, pool terrace and sunning terraces--a ton of beautiful outdoor living space. There are lounge chairs, a 4-person table and chairs, and also a gas BBQ.

From the outdoor living area a staircase descends to the apartment. Modern and cozy, the apartment has 2 bedrooms which share a small living/dining area, bathroom, laundry closet and outdoor wrap-around terrace. The master bedroom has a queen bed, AC, closet and private outdoor garden bathtub. The guest bedroom has a double sofabed, closet and 2-person table with chairs.

Villa Lapas is part of a biological corridor in Manuel Antonio also, which means lots of wildlife--monkeys, toucans, sloths, macaws, iguanas, agoutis, morpho butterflies and other animals are common sights on this beautiful property.

Finally--the location couldn't be better: near the main road, just 5 minutes from Quepos (groceries, banks, marina, etc.) and 10 minutes from the main beach & national park.
