The location & the pool were the only highlights.

The apartment was absolutely filthy, upon making a complaint to management, they just shrugged it off & said 'I'll have a chat with the cleaner', they couldn't be bothered!

Our apartment was very dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned for awhile. Clumps of hair in the kitchen and bathroom and crockery and cutlery were not washed properly with fingerprints all over them.

The pool was amazing, the views were spectacular it was very refreshing and relaxing, the staff were accommodating

We liked the lay out , it was easy to unpack and call it home for the week ,the facility's down by the pool could do abit better as there was no gas nor instructions that were readable, the pool is amazing , so is the spa , it's convenient having a toilet down there as you're not wasting time going uo and down to go

The beds were stiff , good linen but the bed them selves were abit hard, had faults with the dish washer on the 2nd use , unclear actions for when leaving where to drop the keys ,

The room was dirty - the was heavy dust on light switches, the walls were covered in black and brown marks. It clearly hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. There were penises drawn throughout the unit everywhere.

The only thing I liked about the property is that I wasn’t staying on the streets

Everything. Horrible. When I got there, the room wasn’t even cleaned, I had to walk into a room that was messy & disgusting. The whole Appartment was outdated & really should be renovated. Bathroom was disgusting, so were the rooms, the kitchen & all the appliances. I stayed there for about 8 days & was so glad that we were out most of the day everyday cause I don’t know how I would’ve lived there had I not gone out. The rooms & apartment are nothing like in the photos, they look so clean & airy in the photos but in reality, the walls are all yellow w/ dirt & they’re stuffy. Don’t stay here.

The screen doors didn’t slide, the toilets had urine on the outside uncleaned from unknown number of previous guests, light switch literally hanging off the wall in kids room, no light globe in bedside lamp in main room, broken broom and vacuum cleaner in cupboard, vertical blinds in loungeroom missing 5 strips and found folded in the cupboard with old broken CD player and other appliances, exhaust fan. didn’t work in ensuite, chewing gum stuck to inside of washing machine, dishwasher leaking rusty water over clean dishes. All the cutlery, cups, plates etc.. had to be washed due to sticky substance over them in the cupboards from previous guests. Externally they need to invest in a whipper snipper and a blower vac to put 1% level of care into maintaining the access paths through the property.
