Strategic location, close to Metro station, and attractions close by and Lighting Supermarket. Sim Card cant be purchased in any telco anymore,without local ID. We managed to buy sim card at underground at a stand at Tiete metro. The staff are very friendly and accommodating to our requests, even with their very little command of English. Room and bed are very comfortable. Buffet breakfast was simple but nice choices available. My second time booking this hotel and I am not disappointed.

Clean and quiet room. Strong shower ( turn right handle for hot water. Simple room without hair dryer and amenities. Staffs cannot speak English. Use 'DeepL' translotor is a great help. They are friendly and helpful. They allowed me to keep my suitcases after check out. Good breakfast with variery selections. From GRU airport, take airport free shuttle to Terminal 1 or 2. From there, take metro bus to Airport Metro station and head to Luz station. Then change to line 1 ( Jabaquara direction) Sao Bento. Once you exit from Metro station, follow the sign 'Lgo. So Bento' and go up three floors and go up staircase which is near to restaurants. You will reach the hotel by foot for 10- 15 walks.

Weak WIFi. As a foreigner,I applied SIM card from Claro phone company located inside Tatuape shopping floor ( next to Tatuape station ) Sim card cost R$10, data cost R$30. It is cheap and useful to book Uber online.
