Great reception by the Host, she makes you feel welcomed. She even offered me a glass of wine upon arrival. Excellent breakfast provided by the host.

Everything was just perfect, very good breakfast and according the need of every quest individual. Mrs. Nicolin is an amazing person, very nice and very polite. I realy like that, ready to help you every moment. The room was big and very comfortable... The house is at the heart of the city but at the same very quiet. Like a small paradise in the heart of the city. I definitely recommend the place.

The owner really looks after her guests. Her breakfasts were very filling and she is always offering coffee. On our last day, we were able to leave our bags and collect before travelling to the airport.

Great location in the city center, 15min walk from the train station, 10min from various restaurants and shops. Nice vintage building, preserved. Kind and helpfull host.

The house was super welcoming and warm

Cute and cozy, the owner is personally creating your breakfast while you sit in the kitchen, the room is clean and close to the city.

The bathroom is shared, the house is a little old and therefore noise can be an issue. Also the house smells like there is being smoked inside.

Very helpful host

The owner of this place is very kind and helpful. She prepares a very good breakfast and you can choose the menu. You can sit and eat in the nice terrace if the weather is fine. If you come tired you can drink cofee, tea and juice. It's nice to feel that you are an expected guest there. She will do a lot to help you. Localization is in the centre. There is a bus stop for buses to the airport only 900 metres from Smitstraat B&B. You can get a free map of the city. I recommend this place.

She was very nice even though we arrive very late and we left very early. She attend us incredibly great.

I selected the option to receive an invoice in the application, which I did not receive. the owner lied to me that I would receive an e-mail I did not receive. I called and asked for an invoice and I still haven't received it.

The property was very unique and in a very convenient location near the center. The host was really accommodating and very friendly. The breakfast was really very good, and I was given many options.

It was like a fairytale stay, in a fairytale house. Good taste, amazing hostess, freshly made breakfast, a lot of smiles and never forgetting memories.
