Good location, good concierge, good lost and found

furnishing original good quality but a little tired, lack of a kettle to boil water for tea - if you use the coffee machine your tea tastes of coffee. Although I had an adaptor it was hard to make it work. The razor point was solely N american but in the UK they have multi sockets for different types. No bottled water given and kettle water tasted very odd. No welcome book or info.

It was very clean and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable. The balcony was an added plus.

Location was wonderful. The room was nice, towels were soft, there was plenty of room, liked the fridge and coffee maker in the room.

Being so close to the pool and our lack of a view.

Good size rooms, well laid out. Views from Bed and comfortable bed. Very friendly staff. Excellent restaurant.

Very small bathroom, would like separate shower.

this is a full spetacular Hyatt Regency, front desk were amazing. very confortable suite. easy parking. nice breakfast. walking distance to Robson street area and Canada Place. all i needed for a overnight stay.

The location was great everything we wanted to do was with in walking distance.

The only issue we had was the first morning we were at the hotel our room was not cleaned even though we were out of the room the entire day. Was a bit disappointed due to the level of service I was expecting.

Beautiful rooms and property in great location! Staff was very helpful and friendly! Incredibly impressed!

I wish Starbucks had been open. But they were re-doing the restaurant.
