The reception staff were wonderful, going above and beyond over a problem with my booking. It was sorted entirely to my satisfaction only through their efforts. The restaurant was an unusually lively and friendly place for a CBD hotel.

The superior king room had almost no natural light - we felt in a box. There was a window, but it was at the end of a long narrow corridor so that the main area of the room had no natural light. There was no light of any sort at the sofa. Impossible to read anything there in the dark. Avoid room 619 !

The staff were very good particularly Antoine on the front desk who went to such a lot of trouble printing off our luggage labels. Also the doormen who were so courteous, letting me out of the side door when they realised my mobility was not the best.

Very convenient for walking to all the waterfront attractions. Would definitely recommend.

The staff were exceptional! From the minute we walked in to the minute we left, we were always greeted with a smile and were always asked if we needed help/suggestions. The hotel felt like a family, where whenever you need something or someone, they were there for you! They made our stay wonderful!

The only thing I would say that was frustrating was how cold the rooms were! Even though I raised the heat, it didn’t adjust or it took a long time to go up one degree. The staff were very helpful and helped us to raise the temperature and assist us. I understand the hotel is eco friendly, but we ultimately needed a heater to sleep comfortably during our stay. Especially after coming back from outside, where it was cool, our room felt even cooler, but we managed!

A little confusing between the old and new building but love the conservation!

Right from the start, we were impressed. Doorman ran to open the door then called for the lift to take us to the front desk. We were offered flavoured water while we waited to find our room as we were there an hour early. Room was large and beautiful with slippers, gown and even a clothes steamer! Staff were so helpful and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Location was amazing for us. Close to port and train to airport.

Not enough drawers to put away clothes. Had to live out of the suitcase. Coffee/tea or coffees at breakfast- why not both.

The holtel is centrally located. The staff are very helpful and friendly . The hotel in clean and nicely decorated with all the good amenities.

I found the shower terrible! It was so little water coming from the shower head this was very disappointing. I have never come across with this problem before , even though I have stay in many hotels around the world. Just because of this I will not stay again. Also I found the mattress to be very hard. So I had problem sleeping. I stay in room 921.

the parking is not as good as others: every time I entered the underground parking I had to call the number on the wall and asked someone to open the gate.

There wasn’t a trashcan in the hallway or anywhere so it was hard to get rid of trash (we didnt call room service - we didn’t necessary need it). On a little expensive side.
