We couldn’t go out to eat to take advantage of the breakfast my husband wasn’t able to since he wasn’t to be in crowds since he was/is recovering from a bone marrow transplant
The internet didn’t work at all while we were there
So we were inside the whole time my husband was recovering from a bone marrow transplant
We couldn’t go out to a restaurant so we stayed in so no internet wasn’t very nice
They gave us some food vouchers and some money off the hotel to compensate us

The hotel has a great downtown location and the bed was very comfortable! If traveling with small children, there are quality strollers provided by the hotel free of charge - and not having to bring our own meant one less thing to lug around. Having dishes, a small dishwasher, and a medium sized refrigerador in the suite definitely made the stay more comfortable; there was also a washer and dryer, which we didn’t use, but may come in handy for some travelers!
The living room and bathroom were dingy. For example, the living room sofa and accent chair had stains and felt dirty, and the bathroom hadn’t been well maintained - there was peeling wallpaper and caulk, and a shower curtain (with no liner) that should probably be replaced soon. The towels were not very nice and the toilet paper was 1-ply. The hotel definitely did not feel like a 4 star hotel…more like 2, maybe 3.

Location was great; close to Union Station . The views from the room on the 33rd floor were surprisingly good.
Staff were courteous and efficient.
The decor was dated and now in need of an upgrade. The lobby was very dark as was the adjoining bar and bistro.

Front desk staff were very friendly and thoughtful. Considering we had a room on the 32nd floor the lifts were fast and frequent. Location is very central - a short walk from Union Station. The fitness centre was very well equipped.
No real dislikes but having a bathroom door that only slides can be quite noisy when one of you gets up in the night to use the bathroom. A door takes up more room but is so much more practical.

It was beautiful! The room was nice and had everything you needed.
The location was perfect. We were going to a show at ScotiaBank Arena. It was so close and lots of little pubs we could go for food and drinks after.

Location is great, lobby ambiance is very nice, the restaurant staff was very nice and attentive, the lounge bar location is welcoming and the music in the lounge / restaurant area created a nice ambiance.
We only stayed one night therefore the accommodations and facilities were sufficient however the overnight parking rate was surprisingly high for guests.

Había restos en la papelera y cada vez que nos cambiaban las toallas (que no era todos los días), nos traían solo dos cuando éramos cuatro personas. Se lo dije varias veces en distintos días y no me hicieron ni caso.

Location was fine-we got there by taxi then went staight to our room to rest. No breakfast included-if so, we didn’t know🤷🏻♀️
We got mixed up with elevators. Maybe we didn’t hear the directions properly or didn’t read indication signs, if any.

I loved the size of the room, the balcony and the general layout of the hotel room. It was beautiful.
The sheets didn't smell as though they were washed thoroughly. The pillows were also too soft. Would have been nice to have a mix between soft and firm pillows so I could choose. Valet service wasn't indicated on the website I used (Booking.com)

It was a great location close to everything and Union station. I liked that it’s an apartment hotel so it was good to have the kitchen. I was on the 35th floor and the views were breathtaking even from the bathroom and bathtub! The bed was super comfortable and it was a very spacious room! I would definitely stay here again and the staff were friendly and efficient.
I think the coffee machine should be more modern not Nespresso but a more modern filter coffee machine, the coffee bag thing was no good. Also they don’t mention in the listing about the sauna or show it on the photos otherwise I would have gone and brought my swimsuit so please update your listing. Otherwise everything was perfect and I recommend the place!

Amazing location and nice room. The staff offered an upgrade with minimal fee and we were able to stay at high floor in Tower; was able to see the firework at Victoria Day and the sunrise next morning!

the blackout curtains are horrible quality and there is a really bright light on the ceiling that you can’t turn off that seriously impacted my sleep as well as my baby’s.

Water pressure was horrible, water came out as a trickle. Couldn’t get really hot water. Could hear the whirr of the jets from the hot tub above us. Bed wasn’t really comfortable.
