The telephone was not working Advertising says coffee machine in room, but none was there.

for the property , it smells bad, dirty and their pillows cases are mouldy. looks like the matress and pillow cases are not washed. the reception for customer assistance phone is not ringing or not at all. in short bad service and dirty area not ideal for the amount or price they have char nge for a night. even the pool its still not available to use

The place are old and rusty. Some beds inside rooms are broken. Property needs to update photos of this hotel as they are cheating the customers.

cleaning lady is helpful

The property was full of rust and some areas in room has dust and not been cleaned. They need to update the photos as ut seems like they are taking advantags of guest.

Convenient location

Rats/mice infested the outside garbage area; ants infested the first room I was in; and incessant noise from the floor above day and night made for a very uncomfortable stay. The second room had a persistent leak in the washroom with a missing ceiling tile.

I liked the hotels free all you can eat breakfast and the hotel is very safe and convenient the tim hortons is very close and so is the casino the hotel is very clean and the staff are nice and friendly and theres always someone around if you need something.

everything!! it was old which was ok but to the point of there being safety issues. it was dirty! very ! there were drywall patches that had not been taken care of. it was so bad that we left by midnight.

Young girl at the front desk was very pleasant and attentive. The food was OK, however we missed our hot oatmeal.

Shower curtain had few large dark hair on it and we had only 1 face cloth and no hand towels at all. One of the bath towels looked like it was used as it also had hair on it. There was no phone in our room and we had to call front desk to deliver the missing supplies.

Rooms were completely disgusting. They were stinking, not clean, mattress was broken, ceiling panels was falling off. Washroom looked like they were never cleaned. Everything in the room was not meeting the expectations. Informed the staff. They gave me another room. Once I checked into that room. Same condition. Keep in mind I have my wife and my kids with me. I ask the staff to refund. But they denied. Please address this issue.
