The pool was absolutely disgusting, toilet paper and bandaids in the pool, the hot pool was freezing cold and what seemed to be vomit on the ground in the pool area the room was freezing cold, ac was cranked all the way up

Breakfast was really good. The pool was an amazing temperature and it’s was very clean

The floor in the elevator and to the pool was very slippery and the kids fell a couple times because of the water on the floor in the halls

Only real complaint we had as a family was the hot tub was not hot. It was like warm. Ice cold water coming in through the under water vents. Hot tub jets did not work except for two tiny ones on the steps entering the tub. Water was hot in the morning but evening it was just a tad warmer than the main pool were the slide goes into. Because of this we will not be staying here again until hot tub repairs have been made. Slide was awsome

Great location near airport. Clean room and a decent breakfast.

If the reception staff member wants to complain about you, perhaps they should wait until you’re out of earshot before doing so…

Same breakfast everyday for 3 days and no body came to clean the room and collect garbage.

Bed was comfortable.

Shuttle runs at odd times. Had to be at the airport way to early because of this schedule

Comfortable bed

The rooms were not soundproof. I was woken up by external noises and from neighbouring guests. The jet tub wasn’t very clean and the doors popped open if you didn’t shut them hard.

We loved the pool area although the hot tub looked a little dirty. The pool was a great hit with the kids and family. The free comp breakfast was much better than expected and the kids really enjoyed making their own waffles in the morning. The breakfast staff was welcoming and eager to please. The rooms were surprisingly clean and tidy.

The staff could have been a little more pleasant. They came across as they were being held against their will. When we arrived, she wouldn't look up at us, we had to knock on the counter to get her attention. When we asked her to turn on the waterslide, she rolled her eyes and scowled. The housekeeping staff seemed distant and didn't express pleasantries. The change/ washrooms in the pool area need major attention. The pool area could use tinted windows at the lower part as we felt like we were on display

convenient location

there was plastic on the bedroom floor - and contact lens left behind. made me concerned that it had not been well cleaned. At 8:30 all the coffee jugs were empty and there was no one in attendance to refill until I went to the desk to ask.
