Big Room with King Bed: The room was spacious and the king bed provided excellent comfort. Late Checkout Option: We appreciated the flexibility to check out at 3 PM for an additional $60, which was very convenient. Airport Shuttle: The hotel offers a shuttle bus to the airport, which is a great service for travelers.

Cleanliness Issues: The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. There was a lot of black hair in the bathroom and shower, which was very off-putting. Horrible Breakfast: The breakfast provided was terrible and did not meet our expectations at all. Unpleasant Staff: The staff were not pleasant or welcoming, which negatively impacted our overall experience.

The person working the front desk had a bagged breakfast made for us because our flight the next morning was so early that the breakfast bar wasn't open yet. We didn't even ask, she asked us!

Very outdated. They don’t take debit, only credit, and it takes 5 days to get your 300$ deposit back. I stay in a lot of hotels and never pay a deposit cause everything’s online these days and it’s not 1990 anymore. I had to give them all my details again when I arrived even though I booked online, so no one was doing their job. I wouldn’t have spent 5$ on the breakfast they served.

the location great, pick from airport perfect. Room was fine, but the breakfast was nothing to writevhome about. in fact after touring Europe for the past almost 3 months it was. bloody awful. One coffee pot for regular coffee, took at least 30 to 40 minutes to refresh.
