Great location for us, close to other family in the area. Good breakfast other than the sitting area itself being quite warm. Good little pool.

Parking was challenging for a van with a trailer.

Location fit my needs for business meetings & recreation access.

My original Calgary flight on Thursday, July 6 @ 9:20p was rescheduled to 10:20p; this rescheduled flight was then cancelled due to poor weather (thunder, lightening, rain) at Calgary Airport. This flights was postponed to Friday, July 7 @ 10a to Edmonton, then to Calgary arriving @ 4:20p... I called HIE Calgary-south @ 12:20a July 7 & informed of the change in my reservation... I was anticipating a 'no-charge' for Thursday, July 6 reservation... due to weather conditions that was out of my control. Please consider this scenario as one that could not be avoided... & consider a reasonable reimbursement for 1 night. Otherwise, the HIE-calgary south served my purposes. Thank you for your kind considerations.

No one mentioned hotel was under Reno,s. Room wasn’t very clean and table at end of bed was damaged and unsafe to sit on. Scaffolding outside window was noisy in the wind which caused us not to sleep well.

the site is in an ideal location for me.

the Hotel is currently undergoing a major renovation so the site is a major construction site with all the equipment workers and loud machines.

Very basic breakfast, did not have fruit. Some of the electric outlets were loose, room was quite worn and tired. To be fair, they are renovating so hoping these things will be fixed and improved.

our room was dirty, manager did not seem to really care, the bathtub was filthy. base board was falling off the wall. renos were not complete buy when it should have been. the worst holiday inn ever. Beds were not made.

There was construction going on & I asked if this would be all weekend. I was told no, well Sat & Sun a.m. there were contractors there at 7:30 a.m…. banging outside my window… Then my car was hit in the parking lot & the front desk said there were no cameras…. I won’t go back until the construction is done….

The hotel is a building site, noisy and dirty. Booking.com advertised with gym facilities but it was shut without notice. If I had known it was a developing hotel, I would have gone else where

the room was so nice and the arrangement was perfect. I liked that the entry, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom were all separate spaces. it felt like an apartment! The breaks fast was fantastic. There was a large variety of both hot and cold food, fresh fruit and beverages.

The tile in the jacuzzi was damaged and the silicone around the jets looked like it needed to be redone.

I found hot items on breckfast. Cold We called front desk after our room was cleaned for bsth towels (none were left after cleaned) we nefer recieved any No one at front desk at 630 am when we checked out

King room was amazing, beds were comfortable

Coffee machine in our room didn't work, breakfast could have been better with pancakes/waffles for the kids, it's what they always look foward to when we stay in a hotel, the pancake breakfast.

The pool was broken or closed most of our stay. Our room had a terrible smell and I was served mouldy eggs. We tried to talk to staff but was told they could do nothing for us and refused to even get the manager. Since then we contacted booking.com who reached out to them, emailed the hotel directly and called the hotel and still no luck. Either no one answers and the answering machine is full or they say they will call back and never do.
