Sehr schönes Hotel, gute Lage, sehr helles Zimmer, schönes Bad

WLAN war nicht gut und für Wasser auf dem Zimmer 5 USD zu verlangen ist bei dem Hotelpreis unverschämt

Perfectly situated

Breakfast restaurant and Jacks too open - sitting in entrance hall. No atmosphere for dinner

Personalet var ikke specielt serviceminded i restauranten. Udover lang ventetid på at få et bord måtte vi diskutere med en tjener hvad vi egentlig havde bestilt så husk at få dem til at gentage bestillingen.

Location is excellent and very close to shops and the waterfront.

Doormen didn’t help with bags when we opted to self park over valet. Husband was literally struggling with 3 cases as I went off to park and they just watched. House keeping didn’t clean our room even though we were out all day. Then next morning of check out we wanted to lie in but they were super noisy cleaning other rooms, could practically hear their gossiping through thin walls.

Amazing place. Right at the pier. Room was great. Bathrooms clean and nice looking. We were bummed we only had 1 night and had to run. Seems like a great place to vacation.

Not much. Parking is 27$ a night.

The hotel was very close to downtown and the fisherman’s wharf, walked 5 mins. Short drive to the aquarium. Plenty of parking spaces. The beds were very comfortable. Even when our rooms were in front of the street we couldn’t hear it through our windows. Very clean housekeeping service. The parking concierge even gave us a map to go to the aquarium. I would stay here again and when I come back to Monterey. They even had a virtual concierge via text if you needed anything in your room.

having 3 men enter our room at 130 am from our patio doors that had been left unlocked from the cleaners! police had to be called left us very shook up and scared

I didn't. Morning much to say but not worth the $451 for 1 might.

Not worth what I paid for 1 night! Cheap coffee creamer, Keurig was not clean & yet had to pay for water $5. No thanks. Bed was too soft.

Location, staff and facilities

The room was good sized and comfortable. The partial ocean view was a joke though.

I didn't like the supposed view. Chairs on the balcony would also be nice. Free cable TV for the price of the room should also be included.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the hotel is lovely with large rooms and a nice balcony. The location is perfect for exploring! Car parking is easy and the room was very comfortable. The 'pub' they have was great with lovely staff.

The staff at the restaurant on the lobby were not very welcoming and friendly sadly, so we decided to have one drink and find another dinner venue

I was there for 4 nights, and it took me calling the front desk on the third day for someone to come clean my room. Thats not acceptable in my opinion.

I didn't like how the pool was in a different building than the main lobby.

Location is very central. Rooms are comfortable.

There was a conference going on whilst I was there with business people all over the common areas, it was very busy and felt like the conference was across the whole hotel. I was on holiday and this made me feel like I was back at work! Also very long walk to the room with luggage, no one offered help. I felt the photos were really misleading this did not feel like a spa hotel or resort like feel at all which is how it appeared on the photos.

A greater location near fisherman’s wharf, and within easy walking distance of the aquarium. Breakfast was also fairly reasonably priced, with a good selection. Parking was available very close by.

The room didn’t have complimentary water, it was charged at $5 per bottle. Housekeeping only make up the room on request, which is poor for a 4 star hotel. The swimming pool is tiny.
