There was no continental breakfast despite being advertised online and on sign.

The continental breakfast was advertised and none provided. Owner said they hadn't served it for years. Also, on their website it states 2 free passes to the Monterey Bay Aquarium. When I asked owner he said they don't provide passes. They said that it was whoever I booked with that were to provide passes.

The overhead/ceiling light didn't work (said there is a wiring prob). Heater wouldn't heat but there was a portable floor heater in the room. Not sufficient towels.

It’s old. They have keys instead of room cards. They didn’t give us Wi-Fi password. My sons room had a cockroach in it. The rooms are very outdated. The owner is very nosey. It’s a bit deceiving because the outside is so well kept. If the rooms were updated it would be a great location.

Thin walls so could hear gentlemen next door but only for one night so it's okay
