O staff é muito prestativo. A localização é boa, próximo da praia, porém não próximo aos restaurantes da avenida Las Olas (cerca de 25 minutos a pé), o que eu já sabia e não me importei. O quarto tem microondas e cafeteira, o que permite você comprar e fazer seu próprio café.

O apartamento é antigo e precisa de uma reforma. As paredes são finas, o que faz você ouvir barulhos dos quartos ao lado. Precisam pensar em colocar tomadas para cabo USB. A diária é um pouco alta pela qualidade da acomodação.

Humidity/smell inside the room - understandable given location, but a dehumidifier would def help, even if the cost would potentially go up a bit

First room had roaches. Bed however was great. What was it?

DO NOT STAY HERE. Me and my husband stayed a few nights in Florida while on our honeymoon, on our first night we woke and noticed a bug IN the bed with us. Upon looking around the floor we realized it was absolutely infested with newly hatched cockroaches everywhere, as well as larger ones. Crawling under the wall, under the nightstands, so many that they were just walking all over the floors. We were told “bugs are bound to happen on spring break with lots of people and food”. But any hotel regardless should have a cleaning and sanitation protocol that prevents this amount of cockroaches to be possible. The hotel we ended up switching to was even busier than this one and much cleaner and no issues with bugs. They only said they’ll refund me for the 2 nights we canceled(still waiting on that refund a week later) and told me I could email the manager, Dawn, to ask about refunding us for this night that we had a horrible experience. ZERO RESPONSE in over a week on the issue. So unprofessional. We pretty much just paid to sleep with cockroaches and spent our honeymoon cleaning all our laundry and luggage to make sure none come home with us.
