The hotel itself, inside, was very clean. The staff was friendly, nice rooms, great breakfast and a lot of security.
.
I can see why there is a lot of security, as it is located in a very bad part of town. I totally understand it is not the hotel's fault for what goes on outside nearby and was grateful they had such good security. Unfortunately, and very sadly, the area is filled with homelessness and a severe drug epidemic. We watched people shooting up, pooping on sidewalks, over dosing and getting narcan revival....it literally looks like Skid Row out there.
We opted to book there because I had appointments at Boston Medical. There is parking there and walking distance to the hospital, which was appealing when looking for a place. You Definitely do not want to walk out there! There are needles everywhere and all these people along the sidewalks....it's far from family friendly. I wear flip flops and was petrified I would step on a dirty needle. That being said, we used Uber for everything and at least the entrance to the hotel is clean and full of security to be picked up and dropped off.
Clearly, this is a sad problem that Boston's mayor should be advocating to fix and I understand it's a big ordeal nationwide. It's such a shame for the hotel, as it is a nice place!
I will never stay in that area again for my future visits.

Room and staff
Breakfast was with plastic knive and came out later.

Las instalaciones son buenas
No me gustó que el hotel no tiene su propio parqueo, la señorita de atención al cliente no fue amable y el área en la cual el hotel está ubicado transmite inseguridad en sus alrededores, en mi habitación no había shampo en la ducha .

Easy to get to
The shower was very confusing

Breakfast was good, and staff were kind.
Dusty vent and light, broken toilet flush, broken door, very bad smell in the elevator for parking lot, dirty swimming pool, very bad smell in the gym, and a lot of homeless people were right outside with many trashes on the road.
7.0
Tea station 24/7, parking garage was nearby, staff were vey friendly and accommodating,
A lot of police activity and a large homeless community adjacent to the hotel.

Being close to Boston Medical Center is a plus, and you can add to that a friendly staff, excellent breakfast, comfortable rooms and I could not wish for a more pleasant base for my stays in the city where I grew up.
Cannot think of a thing I didn´t like.

Bad location. Do not go out walking at night. No restaurants of bars in area. Poor

nothing
The front desk staff either growl or bark or are cheeky, with the exception of a lady named CLEO,she was kind n helpful, you need more people like her to make the ordinary hotel better, surprised that it carries HILTON tag,
the location is bad, step out of the hotel you find junkies ,one can get mugged anytime if you step out,
the lady manager was the worst, heartless person sad that she is holding such responsible post.
the best people were the house keeping staff, the people in the restaurant, the person who mopped the restaurant,
the best was the security guy,he on that day looked like the happiest person on the planet,he was helping guest while checking in or checking out, guiding the guest,
i asked him how come he was so happy,he said it was his attitude to keep smiling and today was extra special as his daughter gave birth to a grandson.
the lady manager n front desk staff can learn from him,
i once again like to mention the gentle lady CLEO,
hope i got her name right
THE SECURITY DEPOSIT OF 179 USD is yet to be returned
never ever will i step into this property, the best time was when i checked out n took a cab to the airport
the rating in booking dot com are all not genuine

Staff really nice and helpful. Breakfast was surprisingly good each morning. Hotel was clean and well maintained.
The area where the hotel is located is somewhat dreary with a lot of what locals told us was drug activity and associated violence. The police stopped at the bus stop close to the hotel that we used a couple days to break up crowds gathered there to hang out and not use the buses. Not an area I would take children to.

The Cuban restaurant attached to the hotel was the best thing.
The noise outside was pretty bad. It is right across from a hospital, which meant there were sirens at all times of the day and night.
The neighborhood also had a lot of homeless people. A local told us that the area is often referred to as “The Methodone Mile” because of the drug users.

The parking garage was perfect for parking
The staff was not super helpful. They had put us in a room with a broken lock. When I went back down to the desk the first time they said that a new key would fix it and blamed it on me. Then the door wouldn’t open again so I had to go back down again to get assistance and they gave me a third key. Once again key did not work. Ended up calling down to the desk from the phone by the elevators and they sent someone to fix the door. After 15-20 minutes of standing in the hall, someone had finally come to fix the door. He said that they have been having known issues with this door and we should probably request a new room. After the door was “fixed” I had decided to try the door again before I was going to leave for a few hours. The door once again did not work and I’m thankful that my boyfriend stayed in the room while I tried this so he could let me in. When we had finally gotten a new room after standing in the lobby for 10 minutes waiting with other guests for someone to come to the desk (they were sitting on the chairs in the lobby) they gave me a new room. That room had not been fully cleaned and when I realized I was sneezing more than usual, I checked the filter on the A/C and it was covered completely in dust. I would not recommend staying here to anyone. Very upset about my stay.

Out dated.

The inside of the hotel was clean.
The location was not in the best area. There were homeless people outside of the hotel and all kinds of garbage and drug parafenalia on the ground. The beds were so uncomfortable. The constant police sirens all night long.

Staff were okay.
The hotel is nowhere near anything. Despite being described as a 'great' location. Have to take a taxi or drive to get anywhere. Terrible for tourists wanting to see the city.
Right next to hospital that has sirens going off 24/7. And I mean 24/7. All hours. Good luck sleeping.
Area the hospital is located is horrible. Homeless all over the place, junkies as well. Did not feel safe walking around. Use Uber.
Extremely overpriced, especially for a Hampton.
Boston was the last point on our road trip for our honeymoon and this hotel left a sour taste on our trip. Had been looking forward to Boston, main reason we had taken our roadtrip in the US.
Can not recommend at all. Do not stay here. Read the other reviews and Google.

After returning home from a week in Europe, nothing could beat the plush pillows and strong (free) WiFi. The shampoo/conditioner and shower gel smelled wonderful, and the towels were plentiful and nice. Room was comfortable, and we enjoyed the free breakfast. Very quiet room.
$$$$ compared to Europe (by comparison, we had just spent less than $100/night for a week in Naples, whereas this was nearly $600 for two nights and this was the cheapest option we could find). Convenient enough to the Metro. Please make the installation of bidets standard to American culture. Check in took longer than expected due to an issue with the key card creator, the desk person resolved it to the best of her ability.

Better than sleeping on the streets
I saw a mouse more than once within the facility, are sheets were stained with various colors from what we can only assume were different (bodily) fluids. The neighborhood was awful and were repeatedly harassed while walking on the streets. The lobby was revolting and we spent most of our time afraid of getting food positing from the food their and infections from the gross bathroom.

We really enjoyed the Cuban restaurant inside the hotel.
The pool was a little colder than expected and really shallow. While we were there a fight broke out on one of the floors. These three punks came downstairs with masks on and hoods covering their heads. Clearly up to no good. Don’t know how they even got in, but the hotel handled the situation beautiful.
