Friendly staff, lovely room, lovely premises, great location!!

Perfect location to park and bay with wonderful walking paths Just an overall relaxing and wonderful place. So much to see at the Liberty Station area

Loud air conditioning, poor lighting, noisy jet traffic, tub in bathroom, must purchase water for coffee maker, got overcharged $320 for room rate of $297 with taxes.

Our flight was cancelled unexpectedly & we had to stay overnight very close to the airport. This hotel is a very good choice for travelers to get to / from the airport quickly. The room was super clean & the check-in was the fastest I have ever experienced so far. It was so nice to see friendly hotel staff there as well, and I really appreciate how they managed to organize a shuttle pickup in less than 10 min. after my call - thank you for that indeed!

Hotel was exceptional. I was treated so well that I sent an acknowledgment email of one of the staff members-Sara- to the hotel manager.

Location near downtown and harbor is excellent. Room was spacious and very clean. Plenty of electrical sockets and USB ports. Very good internet. Very nice lobby. Good TV channels and Netflix access.

Only one elevator for such a large hotel. Ridiculous, unnecessary daily parking fee. Desk lamp was broken. Smoke detector flashed at night like a strobe. Two green lights for surge protector under desk were so bright they interfered with sleep. Room rate was overpriced.

Great area with food and drink at a walkable distance. Nice walking path by the river was nice to get some exercise. The room was clean and comfortable and staff was vey helpful.

There was no hot water for our shower before a 5 hour flight. My spouse took a cold shower but I was unable to put myself through it. Made for a long day

location was great, we were only passing thru San Diego, close to airport yet being next to the renovated Naval Training Center gave us the ability to walk to some nice dining, shopping and enjoy the weather We were able to check in early, even though we asked and were told not sure, yet the staff was able to give us a room. It meant a great deal to us seeing as 1 in our group could relax comfortably after going through some medical treatment Thanks Courtyard

1 of 2 elevators working, 1st night we had to shower in pool shower facilities because hot scalding water in room, there was no cold water or water moderation. bathroom sink too small, just enough space for 1 person toiletries, no other counter space.

The location and facilities are nice. They are new and close to everything. We stayed in Point Loma. The price is pretty steep for a Courtyard Marriott. The were gracious to let us check in, which was nice too.

The only major complaint I have is the water coming out of the sink and shower. I love hot showers, but there was no regulator on either sink or shower. The water came out extremely hot which didn't allow us to enjoy the shower or do simple things like brush our teeth. I let the front desk know and they mentioned they would take care of it.

The location is great! There are tons of restaurants and shops close by. The room is comfortable and had everything we needed. Loved the full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There are several of selections for the Keurig which is nice to have.

Clean and spacious.

Bar wasn’t open during NFL playoffs.

I have dinner in the bar For the price it was one of the best things I’ve had
