Cuando hice la reservacion me dieron un folio con la cantidad a pagar cuando llegie al hotel me cobraron mas caro a parte a los dos dias me hicieron otro cargo por una habitacion mas y otro cargo no se de que pero muy mal estoy muy molesta por el cargo de mas de 4000 pesos Eso es fraude.

check in charged $25 for parking w/o notice, refrigerator is eco friendly and only runs 2 hours then off 2 hrs. I didn’t trust to keep leftovers cold enough w/mayonnaise, had to toss it. Area had walking shopping carts and one in the parking area glad paid secured parking fee, just cost more.

Lobby was welcoming. Breakfasts were nice, but it was similar food each morning. Pool/hot tub were not crowded when we chose to use them.

Had to pay $4 to wash clothes and $3 to dry clothes, hotel did not have change machine to get quarters to use for laundry. Woke up in the middle of the night to a strong marijuana smell that lingered for a while. Parking was $25 extra, which I thought was too much for a "three star hotel" like a Hampton Inn. We also found a dead rat in one of the pool's skimmers, not sure how long it had been there (we did inform the front desk clerk when we found it).

Comfortable bed, good TV, prompt service from housekeeping for extra pillows. Cheerful and professional employees

Parking fee of $24 per night. Room at end of hall by busy freeway and street so heard lots of noises. Front desk should have told us about the noise and move us toward the back of the hotel.

Had to pay $24 per day for parking! The parking spaces were narrow, my rental car got dented by another guest that did not have the decency to leave an apology note. The room looked dated with a ten year TV and dark carpet. Had plumbing issues, iron did not work and had to be replaced and finally, the refrigerator was neither cool nor cold.

The hotel in a whole

this property was amazing. clean. the staff was amazing as well, and love the fact that they have coffee right at the entrance 24 hours and it was delicious.

the only downside of this property is breakfast, the fact that you have to be in line for your turn to make you own waffles sucked. it took me about 30 to 40 minutes to make line, make my own waffles for a family of 3, and sit be able to sit for breakfast.

The staff were very friendly, courteous and responsive to our needs, the location was perfect!, and the breakfast was good.

I didn't like the size of the television in the bedroom, it could have been a little larger, and overnight parking at $24.00, is too expensive.

The breakfast was a really good start to a great day! The staff from Kristen at the front desk and the maintenance guy that replaced the showerhead all were kind and helpful! The location was prime! Right in the middle of all the attractions we had planned...

I reserved a Premium King Studio on Booking.com and when we checked in, the Hotel gave us a 2 Queen room. They had to refund me the difference as they did not have King rooms available like the Booking.com website had me believe. They did however, gave us free parking for the entire stay.

the hotel was nice and clean and the lounge area outside was really nice

they charged me for the pet fee twice. once when I checked in and then again after I left. I called the front desk and the staff was not helpful and did not explain the charges to me. I still don’t understand why I had to pay around $200 on top of my booking.com price. the fees should be included in that. just very frustrating
