I like everything about this property, from the free breakfast to laundromat and it's closer to all the stores down at Wakiki strip.

Didn't like being outside for breakfast, competing with the birds

Location was fantastic! So easy to get to everything. Loved the breakfast and happy hour drinks. Pool and spa we used every day.

The beds were a bit too firm for me but everything else was great

朝食の雰囲気に優雅さがない。種類が少なく、オムレツを作るスタッフが二人しかいなく長い行列ができて並ぶのをあきらめた。テーブルを拭くスタッフがいなく、フードコートのようにテーブルが汚い。座席を見回るスタッフがいないので、雑然とした雰囲気で落ち着かなかった。夕方のハッピーアワーも長い行列ができ、１杯飲むのに並ばないといけない。

location wise , it’s pretty much in the best location you could ever find. close to the beach, restaurants and shops are just right around the property.

housekeeping could be better. of all the 5 and 4 stars hotel we’ve been, this one is the only hotel that is not impressive when it comes to housekeeping. Not checking the countertops for items that need replacing. Not folding the towels nicely in the bathroom. they just stack them there. I mean I always clean and make some orders in our room anyway but hey, they are not good at their job looks like it.

朝食つきになっているのが嬉しいです。すべての部屋がスイートとのことで使いやすかったですし、部屋は決して新しくはありませんが綺麗でした。

シャワートイレがあればもっとよかったです。チェックインの時に希望したら、一定以上のグレードの部屋だけについているとのこと。この答えは昨年同様です。徐々に増えていくことを期待しています。

Very helpful staff. Facilities were excellent. Overall a very relaxed time spent, and an excellent happy hour every day.

Location was very good, Beds were comfortable, pool was superb. The reception hour was fantastic, who doesn’t like free drinks and a variety of snacks . The breakfast is decent. Lots of variety for a diets. My favourite was the french toast and pancakes.

The free happy hour and free breakfast were fantastic! Love the location of the property as well.

The elevators weren’t working too well. The refrigerator in our room had to be switched out.

Excellent location and extremely helpful staff, beautiful views from the balcony and comfortable beds with ample space in the room.

Breakfast was a let down, we are vegetarians and all we could eat was potatoes, bread and fresh fruit. They should have kept pancakes and/or waffles everyday, weekend menu was worse than weekday. Also the evening show was a letdown for waikiki standards. It seems the band doesn't play anymore, it's single performer and space is too little, so if you aren't there by 6,you will not have any seat left, and even then families aren't there for the music but eating the free chips and sauce. Also the drinking water situation is not great. Entire tower has a single water dispenser and they don't give refill water bottles second day onwards. So in a hot stay with many guests, drinking water becomes a challenge.

Amazing location! Not in the middle of all the chaos of Waikiki and only a block from the beach. Live music by the pool on certain evenings. Breakfast was amazing with so many options (eggs bacon sausage toast pancakes biscuits gravy fruit cereal muffins French toast etc) rooms were perfect. Great for families.

Only thing I didn’t like was there was no option for self parking so parking was $45 a day for valet

Room very stuffy and hard to get temperature right. Meals room very dirty - they really need to give the flooring a good clean (pressure clean) - think there are years of grime built up

The lifts are very slow, could almost do with the service lift becoming a third customer lift.
