Very clean and very nice! Nice big room!
They would not exchange currency so we could do laundry and only way to pay was with CAD. A server at the restaurant downstairs helped us out abs exchanged for us.

Nice hotel, good location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Underground parking at no extra charge.
Little overpriced but it was a busy weekend in Ottawa with a number of road races on the go. All hotels were pricy or fully booked.

Das Frühstück-Buffet, was man hätte für 20 CAD dazu kaufen können, war unterdurchschnittlich und entsprach nicht einmal im Entferntesten den schönen Werbebildern im Fahrstuhl. Wir haben daher außerhalb gefrühstückt.

I love the location which is very closed to VIA rail station. It is about 10 - 15 minutes walk from the station to the hotel.
A metro station is next to the VIA rail station, the metro line will take you to downtown within 20 minutes.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Great gym and laundry facilities.
The restaurant on the ground level is great.

La grandeur et la qualité de la chambre. Très bons déjeuners au restaurant du rdc. À 5 mins à pied du train de banlieue, très pratique pour visiter Ottawa. Stationnement sous terrain sécuritaire et gratuit.
Le lobby est quelconque pour un hôtel de cet ampleur. Piscine ouverte mais le SPA est fermé.

Personal im Restaurant teilweise überfordert. Frühstücksangebot (Buffet) wäre schön. Bauarbeiten im Hotel.

Room was really amazing. It was so large since it contained four persons (including a kid). The swimming pool was really good. The staff were super helpful and I can claim it was one of the most amazing hotels that I stayed in.

The room was large and the beds were comfy. It was a great location and had easy access to the LRT if you wanted to see Ottawa. We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel.

Mostly poor and expensive food options. our room was not renovated and had dated decor and small TV.

Room was clean and large. Breakfast was average north American foods.
TV was a bit old and small. None of the free channels were interesting to watch. Cannot find CNN news channel. Cannot go to Internet channels like YouTube.
