Room wasn’t as clean as it should be. Bed was old, lumpy. Bedding old.

- Great location. Centrally located near everywhere we needed to go. - Staff were EXTREMELY pleasant and accommodating. - Very good breakfast selection of food and drinks. Very good serving hours.

- I was informed that it would be a “contactless check in.” This was not the case as I had booked with a third party. Don’t advertise this if it in fact isn’t going to happen that way. - The entire hotel (room included) smelled musty. Not sure why. - Placing the coffee maker and drinking cups in the bathroom is unsanitary.

Everytime! Fabulous hotel, friendly staff, couldn’t believe it was a Hampton. Top quality.

Breakfast was Hampton, not bad but not exceptional. But for free it was good. I forgot to ask not to be by the elevator and it was loud. But it wasn’t overused at night. So it was ok.

It's a really nice hotel, and they provide a shuttle to the nearby mall and a few shops. If you book through booking.com, there will be a few hiccups—for us, our room wasn't actually available, but the hotel staff helped us figure it out. The hotel is right next to a great restaurant—The Southern Pecan! Highly recommend.

Sometimes, the communication between the front desk and housekeeping was lacking, but other than that, it was a great stay.
