serious cleaning issue with my room and room change requested due to dirty and filthy status. but other room was the same condition. bed sheets even had someone else blood all over

Bathroom was very small with little room to move around.

It was centrally located for the events I had to attend during my stay. That's why I chose this hotel.

Policy of only having housekeeping every 5-days is totally unacceptable. The towels never dry, one pillow case was stained. I expect a lot better from Hilton. Self parking fee is too high, especially since the hotel isn't really providing any service.

Location

By using booking.com instead of going through the hotel I didn’t get the deluxe king room with a king size bed for my wife and I anniversary but two twin size beds instead at the same cost without a refund horrible website and experience for our anniversary.

Our rooms were amazing!! They were much bigger than expected and beautiful. Our vote of Dallas was incredible.

The food at breakfast was not very good and over priced. The vallet only had one driver and was very slow.

The staff was wonderful and the hotel and my was very clean. The view was beautiful. I loved everything

my shower literally wouldn’t go hotter than lukewarm (which feels cold) the faucet water got extremely hot quickly so I’m assuming it’s just the outdated shower head. Pillows were uncomfortable. Thermostat set to Celsius so I had to google the Fahrenheit each time I changed it. I went looking for a water bottle to purchase at 11pm and the store and cafe were closed and it took me 3 separate floor levels to find a working vending machine.
