The property was nice and as described.

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und schön eingerichtet. Sehr großes Bad. Das Frühstück war super im Vergleich zum üblichen Frühstück in USA.

Die Entfernung zum Strand und Stadtmitte weit.

Braue es Bett Trinkwasser im Hahn schönes Zimmer Schöner Pool

Frühstück auf Papptellern und mit Plastikbesteck

El hotel es cómodo, las habitaciones lindas, el desayuno es muy bueno, queda a 15 min caminando de las olas y Riverwalk. Su ubicación es estratégica para tener un hotel con costos no muy elevados en un buen sector

El parqueadero hay que pagarlo 28 dólares, a pesar de que es un parqueadero del hotel, este costo es adicional. A una cuadra queda la estación de buses y ves muchos habitantes de calle en ese sector. Recomendación, si sales caminando, ir hacia la derecha (todo es hermoso) y no hacia la izquierda (habitantes de calle y aparente uso de drogas)

Roch in restroom,trash debris all up against the baseboard and restrooms,floor wasn't vacuumed properly,TV didn't work. Had to be replaced. Air thermostat went out twice and had to ask more than twice for assistance and to replace the batteries. Hair was in the Breakfast potatoes & the workers with braids goes to tell me that it wasn't hair. But it was gray hair. Tried to get an orange an black hair was on that as well. Jason refuse to return phone calls and come out of his ✌️ office to see what he can do to resolve the issue. Restroom sink wasn't cleaned good. Hair smeared all over the counter 🤢 didn't use a clean towel. Comforter wasn't replaced has stain and perfume smell on it.

Carpet in the room was dirty, the shower wasn’t draining properly and gunk was flowing back. They had to come unclog. They removed a bunch of hair and backup gunk, then tub wasn’t cleaned. I had to wash down with hot water. Once I got out of the shower, found that I didn’t have any iron or ironing board. Finally brought one up but I showed up late to a dinner.
