Very clean and room very comfortable
Surprised that I have to have 50dll as deposit and when I check out the money didn’t back to my card (the clerk at front desk said few day to make a credit in your card). Today is Thursday Nov 15 and my card HAS A SECOND CHARGE OF 50 Dlls more. I’m very disappointed on this process. I will make today an other call to ask for a credit to my bank of 100 dlls.

The lobby and workers were good.
It was so incredibly dated. Carpet frayed, no knobs on the drawers, tub didn't have a stopper. The room just did not feel clean because it was so dingy. It was the worst hotel room I have been in since college (many years ago).

Even tho dated, it was very clean and had everything we could need or want. Beds were very comfortable. We were going to the Heart Center for an appt, and it was just down the highway a few miles. Very convenient! Would stay there again for sure.
That I didn't have enough time to swim.

I LOVED everything about our stay!!! Our room was beautiful the beds were amazingly comfortable THE BREAKFAST was outstanding and your Manager on Duty, BEATRIZ ROSARIO was soooooo sweet and kind- she really helped us out in a pinch!!!

The room was bigger than normal. Beds were very comfortable. Quiet. Hot tub was awesome. Breakfast was good.
There was very little water pressure, only half the holes worked and you couldn't adjust the spray as it wouldn't move. The shampoo and conditioner were out, I asked for them to be filled and three hours later still nothing, had to call the front desk to ask again and was told to come down and get it, when housekeeping was in the room right next to us.

Our room had a bug in it that could not be found. There was a tampon on the floor next to the couch. The pool was dirty & its surrounding area needed to be cleaned & weeded. Front desk African American gal was extremely rude both on the phone & in person. There were no luggage carts available to assist in getting our luggage to our room. Nor would anyone help us find one. It took us 5 trips to get all of our things up to our room as we stayed for 9 nights. “Matt” was suppose to get back to us with answers, never happened even after I called & left a message for him.

The Asst. Manager Matt was great. He personally handled anything problem I brought to him.
I was there for 9 days a d was room was cleaned 1 time and I had to ask for it. The breakfast was not really good. My room was missing most of the kitchen essentials and I had to ask for them. It was missing furniture as well that I had to ask for. Most of the staff were unknowable and/or unwilling to help.

Location
I was told if I wanted housekeeping to let them know and they will take care of it. I was there for 4 days and asked for new linens and towels. I was told they would be at the front desk for me to pick up. Later that day a staff member saw that I was not happy and said she would put me down for housekeeping. All I got was towels. Not what I would consider good service.

Nice spacious room
Staff was so rude and unwilling to work with us. We arrived early because we called the day prior to ask for early checkin and we were told we could get in by 11. We drove 8+ hours and arrived at 11 and were told we couldn't get in until 4. Staff was very rude and would not work with us nor did they offer any sort of compensation

The rooms are big and it's close to Riley's..
The room needed to be vacuumed and the pool and hot tub were down.

Breakfast was good.
Our room was very dirty. Had to ask for clean sheets for one of the beds. It was covered in hair.
We put them on ourselves. Floor in room was filthy, especially bathroom & bed room. Garbage under bed. Open used coffee items ect.

location and cost were good. close to iu north. rooms had plenty in then and large rooms too
staff wasn’t friendly at all and had a roach in our room. mattress not very comfortable either.

The kitchen and size of the rooms are nice. we like having the cooktop. Breakfast was much better this time.
Dirty. Hallways were littered. Pool area was cold. The thermostat in our room was off when we arrived and there were dishes in the dishwasher.

Poor breakfast, ask 2 times for room service and did not get any service. The worst HVAC ever. Heat would get too hot, then blow cold air. Would not stay at set temperature. No vent or fan in the bathroom. Shower curtain would not keep water from the floor.

The manager on duty when we checked in was a really cool guy we talked about beer (I'm a bartender) the staff was helpfull and the pool/exercise facilities were great!! Everything was very clean and nine
I wish the breakfast had bacon but that's just knit picking the omlette things were great
