The bed was extremely uncomfortable, too hard and very noisy when getting in and out of bed.the picture quality of the TV was terrible.

Rooms where not clean and smelled bad and one of the doors security locks was broke off from the door…

The hottest the shower got was luke warm. This was not during peak times when lots of people are typically showering at the same time. This was at 10:00 pm when there was no hot water. I don't pay good money to have a room with only a luke warm shower.

Sherri was the only saving grace to the entire stay.

water damage on the ceiling (I was on second floor). peeling paint on ceiling in shower. very outdated. had people wake me up at 4am being loud upstairs. a whole baseball team that ran up the halls every day. a drunk man harassed me banging on my door at midnight. I will never stay here ever again.
