Everything was great! Our kids loved it. We were cozy! We felt safe. We enjoyed our stay.

Pool wasn’t warm even though it was indoors.

I did not like the fact that we had to pay $75 for our pet that’s a ridiculous amount especially when we weee told it was for a cleaning fee… the rooms were not that clean to begin with

Couldn't sign in to wifi. Which is important when doing a long road trip. Clerk was polite but had no clue how to resolve the sign in problem. I requested a room discount since they could not provide the advertised free wifi. I was told she would have to check with her manager. Which most likely means nothing will change in my favor. We have stayed in Hilton properties often and never had a problem with the WiFi before.

The hotel needs updating a lot! The light on the microwave do not work.Hard to see to cook. The bedding was weird. It had a bed skit as a sheet! The lady that checked us in asked if we ever stayed there before and I said yes, she said, never mind I don’t have to tell you about the breakfast or any other things at the hotel. It been a while since we stayed. Don’t think we will be staying there again. It wasn’t like it used to be.
