need some furniture updates, breakfast service falling behind on restocking food during morning rush, only 1 server.. Pool was open, but water was too cold to swim.

Room was clean. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was fresh and good.

No vending machines. Smoking inside building.

The room was HUGE. The last hotel we stayed at in Jonesboro was so small. The bathroom was also very roomy. My husband and I are both bigger people and we really appreciated the room. The bed was very comfortable and staff were super friendly.

The ONLY issue we had was the pool. We reserved the hotel because it had an indoor pool. When we checked in I asked if the pool was open. They told me yes. Only issue was the pool heater was broken (which front desk staff told me when I asked about the pool). We tried to swim but couldn't. It was just too cold. This was our ONLY complaint.

Front desk Brittany was very pleasant. She politely answered questions etc. Room was clean, comfortable. Bed was very comfortable and I loves the extra pillows. But please replace curtains. Room was on ground floor facing the parking lot. When closed there was a sliver of window not covered. It was very uncomfortable because you wouldn't be able to see someone looking in and of course any light on in the room made it easier for someone to do that too.

The shampoo and conditioner in the room. I always bring my own toiletries, but I didn't this one time. The shampoo was so small it was barely enough to really wash my hair and it made my hair feel really dry. Please replace!

Nice variety, but it would have been good to have some whole grain options--toast, bagel. Hot water wasn't really hot--had to heat it in the microwave before it would brew my tea.

The heating system wasn't working when we arrived, nor was our phone. Went back down to the desk and the employee came up to check. she couldn't get it to work either so moved us to a new room. In that one, the television and phone did not work. Called on our cell phone and she sent up a technician who got everything going fairly quickly. Previous occupant had disconnected things to attach a gaming system which he said happens fairly often. Maybe that needs to be on a checklist between clients. Both people were extremely friendly and helpful. Would suggest something (light cotton sheet maybe) other than very thin sheet and thick comforter. We struggled with a comfortable temperature for sleeping--sheet not enough, comforter too much. We will stay with you again as it was convenient to almost everything (except our son's house).
