The receptionist did an amazing job. Very professional and really nice.

It was very pleasant but we were exhausted from moving and our neighbors were in and out and extremely noisy. Especially the way the door slammed every time.

Room was great. Breakfast was good each day. The pool was a little cloudy and needed some help. Employees were friendly and helpful.

We will absolutely stay at this hotel again. Most importantly the rooms and hotel are clean. Check in was easy and the staff have be kind and helpful. Great location as well.

Comfortable!!! Love the bedroom/ suite layout!!! Also loved the smart TV where I could log in to my Netflix account. Breakfast buffet is always a plus for me!!!

I stayed at a nearby hotel the day before and the mattress was terrible. Fairfield Inn has fantastic mattress/bedding and everything about this day was very enjoyable. Highly recommended.

The staff.... everyone...was OUTSTANDING!!! My cat, OG, and I were very welcomed. We both slept with the comfort of knowing we were safe, comfortable and well cared for. Please acknowledge the staff that were working from 3pm July 16th to 10:30am July 17th. They were wonderful!!

The room arrangement is great! Small living room off of the bedroom. Was perfect for company. Sofa (bed) comfortable chair and an extra chair with desk.

The hotel room key system was down so it took longer than normal to get checked in and the front desk person had to let us in the room each time we left as their keys wouldn't work.

Really enjoyed that the bed was very comfortable & was able to get a really good night's sleep before continuing on our trip. Great Mexican restaurant close by Los 3 Potrillos!

We were impressed with the facility and staff as a whole, however, we were there for two nights and housekeeping never serviced the room. The breakfast buffet was good, except for our last morning when the prepared food was cold (the scrambled eggs, bacon and turkey sausage) and this was about 7 am.

Great location. And the staff was amazing. They all were friendly, answered questions, and offered ideas for dinner.
One gentleman, in particular, went out of his way to help me. I was traveling home from a race with my bike on the back of my car. He came out and offered to help me take my bike to my room. He also suggested a fantastic restaurant downtown. I offered a tip and he refused it.

Everything was great other than the bedding. The mattress pad was the size of a twin or double that was put on a king size bed. We had to pull that off in order to sleep. I felt like the sheets were not as nice as everything else was at the hotel. That was my only complaint the bedding.

The front desk throughout the check in was great hotel was clean room was clean was very satisfied until the next day when we got back from hospital our room wasn’t cleaned I called front desk and he said the cleaning crew had left for the day this was at 5pm I asked fro someone to bring clean towels and he said I have to come and get them they knew I wasn’t happy he gave me candy and water to replace not having cleaning which it didn’t I was disappointed with this standard of hotel

The a/c and heater panel was busted. We had to push it back into place. The window was open and I felt unsafe by the location of our room. I quickly closed and locked the window. Probably wouldn't stay here again
