Nothing, horrible experience

Staff, tv, air conditioner, poor breakfast, never scrambled eggs and bacon, a US traditional in all hotels,

clean and specious rooms

Breakfast, cold coffee and ran out off waffles

Clean, gated parking, pleasant staff

I would have rated 10, but why was the waffle maker removed from breakfast? :-(

The location was close to the area I was visiting. The A.C. worked well.

The furnishings were scratched, looked old and need replacing. The room could have been a bit cleaner (bathroom).

Clean facility, good variety of food for breakfast.

Did not get room cleaned each day. One elevator stayed out of order.

My kids enjoyed the breakfast and that was it.

Overall the room was large enough for my partner and children. We had 2 king size suite’s. The problem was the let out beds in both room were filthy and disgusting. It didn’t have protected covers and any available linens in the closet for our Convenience. I usually don’t complain but my kids had to sleep with me. The king size bed was excellent thank God for that. We will not be going back to that hotel.

paying $8.00 to park when we already paid for the room. parking on the property should be part of it. It's not like you can just park on the street and hope vehicle will still be there when wake up. But glad for the gated parking. It made us feel more comfortable
