Nada en absoluto, es un hotel viejo con camas sucias en el base, y la regadera con un chorro pequeño.
Ojalá pudiera darle 0 estrellas, en el parking del hotel fue vandalizado mi auto, y varios más en la misma noche, es increíble como la manager y los empleados no nos dieron una explicación al respecto, por los
Menos 6 huéspedes con un cristal roto de nuestros autos, esto es una locura, jamás me había pasado esto en ningún hotel que yo haya estado. Pésimo servicio al cliente, y la policía jamás apareció por el lugar, solo llamaron y dijeron que no había pistas. Este lugar debe ser sancionado por poner en riesgo a los huéspedes. Tienen cero vigilancia y alguien robando pertenencias de los autos.

I did like that there was a variety of breakfast options to choose from. I was very impressed with that because it did save us from cooking every morning. That was convenient, and I appreciated that. I also was happy with the fitness area. It was big enough for a few people, so that was great! The guest at this property that I came in contact with were very friendly, so that made it pleasant, and not a total bust.
I really didn’t feel safe outside the building. The parking lot had trash blowing around and quite a few vagrants I passed while walking, but not on the property. I did see a lady out sweeping, but the parking lot is too big for one person to clean. I had to walk to target, and it wasn’t really the property I didn’t feel safe it was the location.
****This was an issue, and I called 3 times and was not told I was supposed to have the credit card authorization form turned on prior to our stay. I was just told to mail it to the cardholder (my mother in law) and get her to sign it. So we did that paid $38.00 in all for postage to overnight it, and she had to mail back to us. So we did that, and after driving 8 hours to get there at midnight, we were told it needed to be approved by a manager, and 24 hours in advance. I had already called and asked them to email it twice when I made reservations, but I don’t think they used the correct email I gave them. I didn’t receive form. I also didn’t receive any information attached to the email when I finally did get it saying it needed to be approved 24 hours prior to stay and was not informed over the phone. We also were not informed it had to be sent through email because I specifically asked, “so I just bring this form in and that’s it?” The reply was yes.
The last person I talked to said to have a photo of ID and credit card.
The hotel needs to be specific about credit card approval needing to be emailed and in advance, instead of instructing me to just bring it in when we come. The room was a birthday gift or supposed to be, but since we had to pay for it out of our pocket, we were unable to actually go do what we had planned, so honestly it was very disappointing, because we were so excited to be able to go and do something special.
I understand the lady at desk was just doing her job, so I wouldn’t say the staff was an issue. After we paid and we’re guest every one was very nice and friendly.

I enjoyed my 2 night stay at Staybridge Medical Center I had my Birthday Event I had a wonderful time and from the first desk to Event Sales Manager Ms Wendy took very good care of me and my family and friends and I will recommend my family and friends to stay at this location I to thank the staff for making accommodations for me and my family I really appreciate it A Forever Customer ☺️❤️

Proximity to NRG stadium was fantastic. It was a very easy walk to the hotel and we were able to avoid sitting in traffic. The room was wonderful and clean.

billing was an issue . First they said they were going to run the card at check out but ran it on the second day then they tried to reverse it and charge the total . They ran my card so much that the fraud department with my bank contacted me after putting a hold on my card .

Overall it was not bad. Location is good. Breakfast was fine but they can improve by changing some dishes daily.
Laundry didn’t work throughout the stay so we have to go to nearby laundromat. And room phone was not working as well. And they didn’t bother our complaints.

Minor problem because we like to walk but one elevator was out of order. This appears to be an industry issue because we have noticed it throughout our travels

We called ahead of time the day of our check-in and we’re told we could check-in at 3 pm. We had a 3 hour trip to get there. When we arrived, we were met with A LOT of angry customers who were told they could not yet check-in and we would be notified via text when our rooms were ready. We didn’t get in our room until 5:45 pm. I know there were more people after us waiting. The concert we were going to started at 7 pm, leaving us with not much time.

Poor communication with shuttle service. Given card for return. I had to ask what the 2 phone numbers were, told first was day and second night shift. Started calling at 3pm , no answer 4 times. MdAnderson courtesy desk called hotel to find shift change is 2pm (night shift?). Finally got to hotel near 5 pm. Very inconvenient.

Very nice hotel! Staff very friendly. Room exceptionally clean, very comfortable bed, and available kitchenette (with cookware provided!). Room temperature easy to manage and maintain.
Only complaint was having to wait on room to be readied (over an hour).

very home like setting, extremely clean , beautifully updated and modern looking kitchen and bathroom. Bed, blankets, and pillows were extremely comfortable
Didn’t seem to have enough basics. I asked for extra towels but they only had smaller towels. I was staying 3 nights but only had enough larger towels to shower twice, while at front desk another person was asking for pillows for their pull out bed and they were out
